AMAZING EXPERIENCE! ALWAYS MAKE MY WINGS FRESHLY MADE, HOT, TASTY AND THEYR SO GOOD THAT IT MAKES ME WANT TO SMACK YO MAMA! The bathrooms are always clean.
We were there Sunday for lunch and ordered the 24 piece boneless wings. We got lemon pepper, spicy Korean and a new flavor called spicy honey rub. We didn't like the spicy honey rub. Did not taste like honey at all. We were looking for ward to it tasting like honey. That was disappointing. We always love the Spicy Korean. That's our favorite.
Ordered my food online at 5:30pm to be ready at 7:15pm. My order was not ready when I arrived at 7:10 which I didn’t expect. I let them know I had arrived. At 7:30 my order was finally ready. No apology for being 15 minutes late with my order that was placed 2 hours prior to it being ready. When I asked why my order wasn’t ready the young man said “because there were other orders”. The only reason I gave them a two instead of a 1 was because the order was correct and a lady behind the counter said she was sorry after the young man’s response.
The Corsicana location is the worst. The cleanliness of the restaurant has been sub par & they rarely get my order right. Recently, I ordered a combo (online) which ended up having a FRIED BUG in the fries. When I brought the order back, one of the cashiers sneered in disgust as she shook the fries around to get a better look. I requested a refund & they informed me that it would take 3 days to credit my card. I haven't received the credit yet. Needless to say, that fried bug was the absolute last straw. I won't be going back.
I really enjoyed my visit with my family. Loved the atmosphere and very clean establishment. My wings we're made well done how I wanted them and my fries we're fresh! Will be coming back.
Wings are gross and chewy. The fries are cold. Customer service is even worse. I recommend pizza hut wings if you expect to get what you pay for.
Ordered my food today got in time but the ranch seemed very off was very thick and had pieces of something in it but I didn't eat it but my husband did and with minutes he starting feeling sick and I realized the ranch must of been spoiled so probably with not be going back to the coricana one again ..also though it was blue cheese but it wasn't
I absolutely loved the wings, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Didn't even wait long for our order and everything was great, nothing bad to say. Will be coming here more often!!!
