Not sure if Richard is new. However, who ever trained him is at fault for not counting proper. 5 PCS Tender order and only 3 PCS Tenders in the box.
Congratulations Wingstop. More reasons why Buffalo Wild Wings is better.
Food was great. I accidentally left my purse in the restaurant. Two hours later when I returned, they had safely stored my purse with everything still intact. I'm so grateful for such an honest staff. Thank You for such awesome service!
It’s been a minute since I’ve had quality service and food from Wingstop. It’s always a hit or miss but every time i get my order done with Elijah it’s exactly how i like it! Definitely has me coming back more often, thank you!!
Pathetic. Not sure if it’s even chicken. Angie, the “lead” was of zero help other than saying we had to drive clear back to the store to remedy the micro-chicken and the French fries they shorted our order. Issuing a refund for the missing item was “not possible.”
Really good customer service. The manager Elijah was very helpful and made sure I had a great experience. Very clean environment. Would definitely come again!
Got the end of the bag nuggets as wings some were just fried breading . Waited longer than expected food was cold. Sprite was completely watered down.
The food was good, fresh, and correct. Unfortunately, the service was not great, I normally don't excuse bad service, but I really just feel like the kids who worked at this location were overwhelmed and understaffed. Both of the toilets in the girls' bathroom did not work. I told the worker he was aware, no out of service sign, and he really didn't seem to care, but it didn't seem like a lack of respect just like it was one more thing on his plate that maybe the higher ups should be taking care of. My food also took forever again understaffed. Overall I didn't have a good experience but I'll go back.
Took my kids here for a family meal. The service was immaculate. Everyone was so kind. Will definitely be bringing my family here more often.
