Tried for the first time and came back the next day! Boneless wings are crisp and not soggy. Great flavoring. Voodoo fries are loaded with flavor and taste like real fresh potatoes, not frozen. Cajun corn is delicious. Veggies were super fresh and crisp. Ranch was great. Restaurant has seating, and is very clean. Cannot beat the $5 boneless wing deal with a side and drink. So good!
Since New management took over this place is awesome now. The workers are more friendly. The place was cleaned and smelled clean. The food was fast and the service was awesome. I don't know about anyone else but I will be coming to the Southside location instead of the Arlington location. Again thank you to the staff and honestly keep up the good work.
When this location first opened, it was such an improvement over how bad the location at Tinseltown had gotten that I was excited and optimistic. I've now ordered five or six times in a row (way more than that, but for a little while some of our orders were correct and tasty) and not only has the order been wrong, but the staff in the restaurant behaves so inappropriately that it makes me not even want to go into the store. They fight amongst themselves out loud, yelling, cussing, flinging things, totally unprofessional. They refuse to answer or acknowledge customers in the lobby. I've even seen them let the phone ring off the hook just to eventually pick up the phone and slam it on the counter. It doesn't matter what you order, they're going to give you what they feel like giving you that day. If you're lucky, you won't wait 30 or 40 minutes after the expected time, but you should prepare to wait 30 minutes or more after the time that the order said it would be ready. You should definitely not expect manners, courtesy or professionalism. Then your food is going to either be gooey and undercooked or barely seasoned. If you expect fully cooked AND seasoned, you'll be consistently disappointed.
If you expect to get what you pay for, you'd be asking for too much as well. I recommend not asking the staff to correct anything, you're likely to receive the brunt of their frustration and aggression. *think 'bail money'* The ranch is only slightly thicker than water and it used to be the best Ranch you could get in a restaurant . If These Wings were cheap, or even reasonably priced, I'd probably tolerate the inconsistencies and the crap service. You're better off ordering wings from the Chinese restaurant or making them yourself. I have to throw mine in the air to have a fully cooked and non-gooey wing.
Just go elsewhere--- and not the Tinsletown location either. Must be same management.
Ordered my food way ahead of time. Get there and they gave my order to someone else. So I had to sit and wait almost an hour for my food. Get home and the chicken sandwich meat is fried hard and barely edible. Smh do better!! Hire people that want to work and not be slacking off. Also no one ever answers the phone!
we ordered a brownie, paid for it, and it was not in the bag. we ordered two fries and 10 all flats extra crispy. we had to continue to air fry them because they weren’t crispy at all. one fry was supposed to have a dry rub on top and did not. as well as they gave us the incorrect side sauce.
We sat in and the food was piping hot and delicious. The lady at the front was quick and nice, and the gentleman cooking up our food was very nice too. We were iffy to come here because of the reviews but like I told my husband,I'm glad we didn't listen to the reviews this time.
Food was cold AF after waiting almost an hour for it while the kitchen and the front of the house obviously did not care about us or all of the other customers waiting for their food. It took forever to bag the food, just to realize when we got home that they forgot stuff. I ate a fry on the way home to hold me over after waiting so long for the food, and wanted to spit it out, it was so soggy, like a kid had been sucking on it and then they put it in our bag. Do better.
Terrible experience. There was no ice in the drink machine. Took a while for someone to come take my order. Waited for over 30 minutes for my food to be cold and gross while having to listen to the employees curse at each other. These young adults have no idea of what good customer service is. Oh and then they gave me all drums, I didn't ask for that. I don't know what type of lemon pepper wings they served me but it wasn't how they normally look.
