DO NOT GET FOOD ON GAME DAY/FIGHT NIGHT. This is the third time my order has taken 3+ hours. You’re better off going down the road to Buffalo Wild Wings.
Everyone in this picture waited 3+ hours for our online orders. They also REFUSED to give me a refund….. and I never got the food I bought. I was told to “deal with it”
I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. They need to fire the whole staff or shut down at this point.
I placed my order on 12/20/24 at 2pm for a 6pm pick up, I get there at exactly 6pm. I waited an hour for it to be done after watching multiple people come in after me and get their food first. I purposely put my order in hours before pick up so I would just be able to walk in and walk out.
Never come here!
Save your money and go somewhere where they actually appreciate customers. I called 3x wanting to know the status of my order. Whoever the woman was placed me on hold for 10 MINUTES! I hung up and called back and asked again about the status of my order and without saying anything, the same woman placed me on hold again. After that, I tried calling back and they just didn’t answer! Who’s the manager of this place?! Regional manager? District? Do any of you care about all of these bad reviews?! Train your employees better!
Ordered online at 12:45 said my food would be done at 1:06 my husband waited until 1:46 before even walking out with the food so ordering online did not save time lol still waited a whole hour. The chick at the front rolled her eyes when he asked about the order so super RUDE. & the top of the ice burg pun intended considering my corn was ice cold, after you waited a hour you would think your food would be fresh not straight out the freezer seasoned lol. Always loved wingstop but this experience has made us not even wanna go back. If i could rate this place lower i would. a total bust.
Stilling waiting as I type this..Door dashed wing stop over 3 hours ago (3 drivers cancelled because of this place taking for forever to make the food) and they are moving at a snails pace with orders. Called over 15 times and it’s only 7pm and no one will answer, bad service if you ask me. Never again.
Absolute worst restaurant probably in the state. I sat here for 45 minutes waiting on my order of 10 wings. I watched 4 different couples come in and order after me and leave with their food. Another you in front of me stood up and asked if his order was done (he waited 30 minutes) it was, they had it sitting on a rack and never told him. I asked and the same thing for mine. Now I’m eating cold food that I waited an hour for. I would highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs.

Tonight I understood why you guys have a bad review for every single day of the month ordered my food online it said that it was going to be ready for pickup in an hour, I got there and they didn’t even have my ticket. Told me it was going to be another hour or two hours wait. And they couldn’t even give me a refund. Told me I have had to call the manager tomorrow.
I ordered a chicken tender combo today (05/29/2023) with a large fry and extra seasoning. When I received my order there wasn't any seasoning hardly at all so we took it back and asked for extra seasoning. If I'm paying extra for it, it needs to be right. The girl in there was nice and completely remade the fries, however, she put waaaay too much seasoning. There's a difference between extra seasoning and giving someone a heart attack. I don't know if she was new and inexperienced or just being petty or what, but there was no reason for the whole container of seasoning to be on my fries. Please train your people.
