I visited the Wing Stop restaurant in Overland on September 12, 2024. I placed a walk-in order as I was on my way to another location. However, when I arrived at my destination, I discovered that my order was completely incorrect. It seemed that someone else's order had been given to me.
I submitted a complaint online a few days later, and I spoke with a representative named Don. Unfortunately, Don handles online orders and was unable to directly assist me with my issue. He informed me that Liz, the General Manager of the Overland location, would reach out to me. However, I have not heard from her yet.
I value customer service, especially when I am spending my money. I believe that professionalism should be a priority in any business.
This place was ridiculous. I know better than to stop her again.
No forks, sauces all mixed together, leaking out bag and all over table.
Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting
This place is so inconsistent. Sometimes your food is delicious and other times it's trash. This last time it was trash. I paid more to have all drummies and I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a side of cheese sauce and they didn't even fill the cup up that I paid for. I contacted corporate and no one ever responded crappy service.
Update: 5/13/22 the wings are small and cooked so hard you can't eat them, the fries are also over cooked, seems like this is happening at many locations, they will not get business from me at any location at this point this is happening to often since my last review below.
The food I good but I may come eat here once or twice per year, an 8 piece meal with two added rolls is a $17$ meal for one person, way to expensive, so I don't give them my business like before, a 10 piece used to be $12 bucks after tax this is ridiculous.
Never had soft, almost soggy wings from wingstop. It was a large order and we were all disappointed, surprised especially since service was actually pretty good at this location
We ordered a 30 piece crew pack wing combo and received 1 ranch, my son was told 3.75 for each additional , however 3 should have been in the order as well as veggies and there was none. I attempted to call when my son returned with the carry out order and continued to be disconnected.
Great experience. Bird enjoyed Scoot and the Whole Entire Staff tonight. You guys rock! Best wishes too 4eva.???? The food was delicious too.
Chicken wings had mushy skin.. I like it crispy. Souces are great ???? . Fries and corn are terrible, they must change the oil every so often.
