Best WLM Reviews

We eat here for the first time and the food was really good but the wings were unevenly seasoned. Some pieces were saltier than others and also the mango habanero wings were not as spicy as other locations. Their drink machine was also down only a few drinks were available.
Worst wingstop I’ve ever had. Front desk worker is extremely rude. Attitude very unpleasantly atrocious. So ridiculous. My food was cold. And I was missing my Voodoo fries from my order. I love wingstop ranch, the ranch they gave me today with my order was extremely nasty, lumpy and thick. I would never visit this wingstop just from this experience. Don’t go here and waste your money. They are half doing their jobs. And the front desk order taker and phone picker upper is so rude. Ugh.
Ordered lunch from here today and it was horrible fries were cold and sad looking. Chicken sandwich was hard and not fresh at all! I guess they gave me an chicken breast from 2 Sundays ago. Bread hard as a rock. Just a total waste. Mind you this was at 11:45ish when they are just opening. Sidenote: my job is three minutes away it's no way my food shouldn't have been fresh VERY DISAPPOINTING. Also I (not doordash not uber) (ME) picked up the food! So what is the excuse?!?!?!
Front desk girl was extremely rude, walked in to make a to go order and she seemed irritated to answer questions about the food and options. when we sat down to wait for our take out order she rudely exclaimed that i couldn’t have a drink in the store. It was a quarter full coke bottle, which they do not even sell. She said i could drink it outside but not in the store (while i waited for my food that i wouldn’t even be eating in the establishment). I chugged it right there and she took the bottle to toss as if i would refill it although i already paid and ordered drinks. If i would have known she would be so rude i would have gone to a different wing-stop, i have never been treated like this at any other wing-stop establishment. On top of all this we waited for our food for 20 minutes in an unventilated humid smokey cramped room. The smoke in that room was too much and it is a health and safety concern to not just customers but also employees. My guess is that the poor girl is suffocated and irritated and taking it out on guests. Management needs to either put in a window in or prop open the door! Pick a different wing-stop for a better experience.
Kids took good care of me today. Food was hot and fresh, and made in a timely fashion. Cashier was friendly and made me feel welcome. Five stars today!!
Points in bulletins:
-Foggy atmosphere, due to smoke from the cooking and no A/C or door open.
-Don't do a walk in unless you wanna wait behind online orders for 20 minutes.
-Lady who takes orders will judge you for asking questions and being a curious person before you spend your money.
-Don't bring in anything that contains liquids if you don't wanna be bothered by said lady about throwing it away, even though there's no trashcan.
-The examples of what the food looks like is misleading and the employees don't wanna show you what it would look like.
Going to Wingstop for the first time seemed interesting to me. Having loved fried chicken and hearing the popularity of this particular company peaked my interest. However, trying it for the first time at this location was the biggest mistake I could've had and shaped my outlook on this company. I went in for the first time, and the first thing I notice is the air quality. Through the front door I could feel all the fresh air being sucked out of the establishment and a new wave of humid, foggy, and ghastly air overwhelmed me. It was surprising, as usually when I tag along with others to different wingstops (I never ate there) I would notice how cold it usually was. Giving me some good A/C in this Texas heat. But here, it was just scary! I have never walked into any restaurant where the room is so foggy to the point of needing to open a window. It was super surprising to be in a small space with what felt like was no A/C. Another thing is the service. Having never been there, I had to ask a couple of questions to understand what I was paying for, so I asked "is that what the fries look like when you make serve them?" while pointing to a sign that showed some of the baskets of combos, and the front lady gave me attitude and lied to me! After what felt like a scoff of "you don't know?" she grinned and told me, "This is what they look like just a little more brown." Which was a lie! The example in the picture uses fries that look actually 'fried' to make it look crunchy and yellow like McDonalds fries, yet after receiving them I realized I didn't like these fries. Since they were floppy, burnt brown, and soggy! Completely different from what I was told. Which tells me from now on that I just wont order fries since I wont get what I prefer. Another issue was having to wait 20 minutes. If you are a regular customer that wants to walk in, expect to wait behind a bunch of online orders that will go in after you and get their food before you, which is fair to be honest, but don't expect to be their priority. Lastly, having to wait the 20 minutes in the no A/Ced establishment, we were told that we couldn't bring a drink that we previously bought inside, which is funny cause she didn't give us our cups that come with the combo until like 5-10 minutes of already waiting. So we had to chug the drink, and the lady said "i'll take that," possibly assuming that we would try to fill up a 12oz coke bottle with her soda fountain! When we had just sat down to wait behind all the other orders.
Love this place! My favorite is the lemon pepper wings. They cook them just the way I like them! The fries are always fresh at the Sugar Land on Lexington location. I stopped going to the Rosenberg location because they really don't care about giving you good food or service. I drive past them to go to the Sugar Land location. The Sugar Land location is worth the extra miles!
Jessica the Manager provided for your business was blatantly rude, I was trying to place a to go order and she rudely said No. I'm not taking your orde you have a drink in your hand. their was a party of six that I needed to order for. I will describe the problem and issue I faced. This has caused me significant inconvenience and has resulted in facing embarrassment, she said this in front of everyone on a Saturday 6/22/2023. I had to take my business elsewhere to find another eaterie my party of six really wanted wingstop I feel Jessica is a person in which lacks good service skills.
