It 9:57 and they are telling everyone walking in that it’s online only and that they aren’t accepting walk in’s. I personally didn’t know that this was a thing. Luckily I did order online but online it clearly says walk ins up until 11:45. Also restroom was completely closed, Lady stated that somebody was cleaning it, but it looked like nobody was really in there. Seems like they just decided to close off restrooms at a certain time. Food was also definitely not right and not what we thought. Safe to say that I highly doubt we will be back.
My food is always good from here. My only complaint is that it takes a while to get your food 30-45 minutes each time. Customer service is good so far.
Spent $30 and reminded the cashier and cooks to make sure wings were well done. Got home and wings were half done! SMH Tried to call store to speak to manager and they don’t even answer the phone. Totally disappointed and will never return. I will address this with corporate…
I had a good experience here. Customer service was very good and the food was fresh, especially the wings which were a decent size. My only complaints are that the wings needed a little more seasoning (I could only taste a small amount of lemon pepper) and the fries, although not cold, should’ve been hotter. The restaurant was very clean and organized.
I ate wings stop from South Carolina and made me not want to go back but tonight 12/11/24, whoever was in the kitchen did their big one, everything was fresh and hot. But that crunch definitely did it for me and i definitely will be back.
Great customer service, My Food was so nasty my wings was dry and undercooked, my fries were burnt… I wasted $15.43, On 8pc wings
Very disappointed. I won't be back. If this place gets a lot of business, maybe they need to expand their space. When you spend almost 100 bucks for 75 wings & pay extra for celery & ranch, it might be a good idea to give the customer the celery. Also, it might be another good idea to give their customer their food instead of letting it sit on the counter. When my husband asks for his money back, that's when she gave him the order. I get they were busy, but having someone wait 45 min give or take is ridiculous. She didn't give him a receipt, but I left a message for a manager to call me. Doubt they will. I work on customer service, & this place needs some.
They only marks that wasn’t missed was, my order being placed online and it being ready when I arrived and, the chicken was friend nice and crispy. The chicken was hot but 2 of the 3 orders placed the fries were cold. The lemon pepper boneless was extremely salty ????. There was no lemon pepper flavor present. The same could ve said of the classic garlic and parmesan. Laced flavor and taste. Half of both orders were drenched in so much oil I had to discard 4 of 10 pieces. The chicken should not be drenched or left in the cooking oil.to batter.
The Wingstop location unfortunately missed the mark!
