These wings are way overcooked. The meat is so overdone that it's actually crunchy. Not to mention these wings are about half the size they should be.
I haven't eaten at a Wingstop in years. I am absolutely not happy with this experience?
I heard the person in front of me reiterate that they only wanted flats. I think they took their drummies and threw them back in the fryer and gave them to me.:(
Despite the reviews, we decided to give them a try for lunch. There's three of us, didn't want to drive anywhere, felt like eating fried food while watching football. We expected average flavors, with boneless wings bigger than a nugget, smaller than a tender.
We ordered the 40pc bundle, 10 each of four flavors - sweet honey, hickory BBQ, Louisiana dry rub, and original flavor, fries, veggies, fried corn things, and 3 sauces, 2 of each - honey mustard, blue cheese, ranch. And an extra order of fries. Contactless delivery, ordered online sometime after 11:30am Sunday morning, got about a 45 minute estimate in my confirmation email. I tipped 25% which was $12 and change.
Got a text less than a 45 minutes later, food was on its way. Driver honored no knock no ring request. Food was still hot or at least warm, veggies and sauces were cool, not cold. No an issue.
The only two issues we had... asked for 2 blue cheese, 2 honey mustard, received 1 honey mustard, 3 blue cheese. Two of us had to flip for the 1honey mustard. Second thing, the online description of their "original flavor" doesn't mention that it's a buffalo sauce wing - we don't like buffalo sauce. Don't judge.
Anyway, the chicken was hot and the two with wet sauce were tasty. The dry rub was good, and sure, some of the chicken was a bit overdone and a little dry. The fries are very similar to Five Guys fries, which I love! The deep fried corn on the cob thingies weren't our favorite. Not bad, just not very satisfying and kinda weird. Please offer corn fritter nuggets. The sauces are all average, not bad, but not poppin' with flavor. Have your own favorites at the house before you order. The carrots and celery were fresh.
The online process and contactless delivery worked well. The food was average to good, but have your own favorite sauces ready, veggies were fresh. Overall cost including delivery was fair. We'll definitely order again.
A lot of times it’s good, but sometimes the wings are overly smothered in the sauce or sometimes there’s hardly enough on there. And sometimes I’ve ordered carrot sticks and celery but they forget or give me fries or something else. But overall, I like it and I’ll continue going back haha
This business has a reoccurring issue with littering. They don’t dispose of their trash correctly and often leave trash and boxes outside of the dumpster. They get fined for it but nothing changes. It is disgusting and animals, homeless people, and weather string the trash everywhere. I work at a neighboring business and have to share the disgusting dumpster. Not only is it disgusting, but it is also littering which is illegal and causes irreversible damage for the environment. Business could not provide me with someone to talk to about the trash issue except for going to wing stops website

I can get your chicken tenders from the frozen section at Walmart. They are pre-battered frozen tenders.
Been going there for a year no issue with staff or food, and the place is always clean keep up the great work ????☺️☺️
Probably an Uber Eats problem but no confirmation from staff on Uber orders. Ordered two consecutive orders that got stolen and wasn’t able to actually get my food from the restaurant. Horrible service.
Walked in at 10:45 and they telling me I can’t order because they are closed????????folks lazy as hell, a whole 15 min before closing smh . from the door to the countertop,everything was dirty,I can only imagine what the chicken would have tasted like
