Stopped here for some lunch and it was ok. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan and the flavor was ok but I'd much prefer it to be sauce and this was more like a dry rub. One of the boneless wings was the size of a nugget so really only got 5.5 wings. Fries were good but very salty.
Called on Tuesday night and was placed on hold right away. I was on hold for 3 minutes before they picked up to say that they will not be taking orders over the phone, they’re too busy. I go to the store and there were literally 2 customers in the store. I ended up ordering only for my daughter since she was hungry. By the way there ice machine haven’t worked in months, not to mention it’s summer time!! Last time ordering here.
I honestly stopped eating wingstop cause this is my local one & the workers seem so off. The Hispanic guy is so sweet & always multitasking but the white lady who I assume is front of the house is so rude & disrespectful. Blatantly ignores everyone. I returned for the seasonal hot honey. My corn had 2 completely burnt piece & it was 1 short. So technically my 10pc corn was 7. I’m not even mad abt the miscount more so that they thought it was ok to throw it in anyway. My friend mentioned the one in Union being the best & worth the drive. Don’t say I didn’t warm y’all.
The worst fast food restaurant I ever went. Over 50 minutes waiting for food. They forgot my son’s tenders order. As well as the person who was taking orders was cursing about people coming in and ordering drinks. There's no leadership at this place.
Went to this WS for the first time.
Alberto was great and the cook, didn’t get his name. I didn’t have to wait and the place was very clean. Kudos to Alberto for great customer service.
Nothing special here, employees seemed miserable or maybe it was slow, but definitely not greeting customers with even a fake smile. I ordered a boneless 6 piece combo. Wings were a bit overcooked and totally soaked in the sauces I ordered. French fries were better then I expected and actually better then the buffalo wings, I must also say the blue cheese dressing is also REALLY good here!
First time visit and not at all impressed with quality or taste. wings were comparable at max to typical frozen chicken chunks one can buy from target. Fries tasted pretty bad and lacked seasoning and soggy . No complaints about service and ordering experience.
If I could give this place 0 stars I will! My husband & I love wing stop & decided to get food from here. I called a dozen of times to place an order but the phone wasn’t ringing so I decided to stop in. Even worst idea! Come in & wasn’t greeted. Short lady in the front” are you here for pick up?” I told her no I wanted to place an order. She said they were only taking orders online… ???? like huh? I said okay I was calling you guys. She told me that the phone wasn’t working. All these red flags but I still placed the order.
After I placed the order I came in to asked if she received the order so that I can go to Aldi before it closed. The lady totally ignored as I was calling her. I had to go behind the glass to get her attention & this lady still ignored me. Smh
Got the food & drinks and it was a bug in my husband drink.
I took a look at the glass & couldn’t help but to see this posted on it. Look at the pictures below.
So the phone don’t work, the system to place orders in the store don’t work, no employees. Why are they still open?
Anyways worst worst experience in my life at a fast food restaurant. I always have respect for the ppl that prepared my food but this lady was asking me to cursed her out! Please save your time & patience.
