Ordered from Uber eats, got an all in bundle + a large ranch. Only received one regular ranch, missing 2 other ranches from the bundle, missing large ranch, tenders are completely missing and got the wrong flavors in the boneless wings.
Terrible terrible terrible location, never ever again
Worst ever! All wings were drums no flats. Cooked beyond eatable. Wast of 15 dollars. Called the manager, he didn't really care. They have a bunch so air head kids working in there. Said if I would drive back he would give me half my order in flats. No thanks we threw that mess in the trash. RIP OFF
My 5 stars is comparing this to other wing places around including other Wingstops. Got two $15.99 20 boneless meals (you get up to 4 success on each meal); we had a lot of wings left to take home.
The boneless wings and fries were good. Got the Korean, Louisiana, BBQ, and Hawaiian sauces. All were good except the Louisiana dry rub is a bit salty. They also have one of those soda machines that mixes a ton of different flavors.
**Normally would not rate a wing stop 5 stars but the person behind the counter added at least one star. She was very helpful, patient, and kind. She was also constantly working to make the place nice for customers; Cleaning and straightening the tables. I have not seen that in a long time even at "higher" end establishments. ** Thank you to her.
Tried to call in an order. I got some automated computer voice. The computer couldn’t understand my question (just wanted to confirm which location I was ordering from) so it transferred me to a call center. The call center didn’t know anything about the order I’d just spent entering into the computer. Very lame experience! Maybe I’m getting old but I think you should be able to talk to someone at the actual restaurant when you call in to order food.
Also I was trying Wing Stop for the first time in several years after the 23rd Street location gave me horrible food poisoning. I want to be able to enjoy Wing Stop but they don’t make it easy!
Dining area was spotless and employees were actively cleaning the kitchen. A rare sight for fast food. Wings were fresh and coated in sauce well. They were a little small, but had good flavor. They gave me a ton of fries. Overall very good experience here.
Just ordered wings and this was on my veggies. It’s not the first time
Now wingstop.... you know you guy's wrong. Need a better way to get in contact with concerning customers. Because yall don't answer calls to fix situations you cause. Y'all Canceled my order (not sure why) but I need my money refunded as soon as possible because it's the second day without my returned money. As well no WINGSSSS. DO BETTER, I NEED SOMEONE TO REACH OUT QUICK BECAUSE IM STILL ON HOLD ON THE PHONE. Run me my MONEY‼️‼️
Khalil was such a big help when it came to deciding what flavor I should get. He was very attentive towards making sure I had everything inside my bag. The inside was clean for how busy they were. The food was delicious ????
