We ordered from the parking lot. I watched as they just stood in the back chatting. Not one basket was dropped for over half an hour. Then when I finaly got my food almost an hour later. It was all burnt. Out of 50 wings we were only able to eat 15. Also the professionalism of the night crew was horrendous. They were just standing around arguing. One female employee didn't care about how busy it was and just took a break. Then the so called manager burnt our food. I will never come back to this location and will let others know as well.

The food is Avg, ton of salt on the fries
The wings were kind of OK, all of them were drums, NO flats !!
The sauces were flavorful.
Boneless were good, lemon garlic flavor is nice.
Nothing to do with the store:
I did not receive any communication from online ordering system, I had to call the store after 20min to know the status of my order.
Never really have eaten here, but the few times I have its always been the same. Wings have little to no sauce and mostly just oily. Fries also always soggy and oily too. Definitely will not be ordering from here again... for the money we spend here I prefer to eat food that is made better and tastes better.
Food is pretty good (if you can get it fresh). 3/5… If I could rate the environment a 0, I would. It’s second hand embarrassing watching the “workers” giggle and laugh while texting and on their phones and the customers sitting like lost puppy’s wondering where their food is. I literally ordered 3 different orders all within the same time frame. One of the orders NEVER even got made. So as I waited 30+ mins for the last order to get made, I’m sure you can guess by the time I made it home, the other two orders were grossly cold. I will not be ordering from this establishment again. This is not my first awful experience here. Horrible service. Food is MID!
I rarely post reviews but this needs to be addressed. walked in and was told to COME BACK if I wanted to order because their cashier is on break by a rude young women with very short hair (no name tag or id use the name). I went outside and ordered from my phone. I waited past the time quoted on the online order. When I returned my food was not ready but the same girl with short hair was busy at the register swapping food orders with the staff from tropical smoothie for their free food… the lobby is full of people waiting their orders and no one working seems to be concerned about how long it’s taking. Also the music is super inappropriate. This is not the first time I’ve had a poor experience here and it’s unfortunate be abuse my son loves their food. I had an incomplete order last time, called with no answer and even sent an email with no response. I thought I’d try again today but seems nothing has improved. The service is atrocious and I hope their manager does something about it. If I owned this franchise I’d be really upset that my staff was acting this way let alone turning away money by telling people to come back later. I will say the young man at the register when I came to pickup- who was filling bags at the pick up window- again no name tag or id use the name instead of the description that he was the only one with a pick in his hair- was very friendly, trying to make things move quickly and apologized for the delay. If they had all employees like him it would have been a better experience.
Ordered delivery. Every single wing had extremely little seasoning. On top of that every single wing was lemon pepper. (I think, there was so little in them) We had ordered 3 different flavors. The corn was drenched in seasoning...totally inedible, it was so salty. I asked for a sprite and a Dr. Pepper. I got 2 Dr. Peppers. I detest Dr. Pepper. Paid $50 plus for this garbage. Get your crap together, wing stop!!!!
First and last time ordering from here. I don’t know what the hype is all about. The only good thing about this place is the ranch. Fries are terrible and soggy and extremely salty. Very disappointing!
I waited a long time for my food but I want to give credit to the young men working. They were doing their best and you could tell it had been a long day. They did great trying to communicate to the people anxiously waiting in the busy lobby. Keep up the good work guys!
