The size of the wing you see on this review was this size of all of my 8 pc boneless wings. I told them have they always been like that, because I’ve been here hundreds of times and they’re always really big size wings. She said they’ve been coming out like that recently. She just offered me if I wanted more and I just kinda refused, I wanted bigger wings to be honest but she didn’t seem to care. She just said they’ve been coming out like that. I don’t think the size of these little popcorn chicken nuggets I had was justified for the 12$ boneless wing combo I paid for. I’m pretty disappointed to be honest
Kid working up front was so busy clowning around that he didn't ask me if I wanted dipping sauce (and I forgot to ask). When I got my order and asked for 1 blue cheese, they said they would have to charge me $3 because I didn't have cash.
And, the wings were cold.
When I asked the Manager to make the situation right, he basically blamed me for not bringing it to his attention sooner.
Bad customer service Wing Stop, just bad. No wonder y'all have a 2.9 star rating.
Terrible customer service! It took me asking if anyone was available to take my order for someone to hop on the register after standing for about 5 minutes. Also waited over 30 minutes for corn (literally didn’t order anything else). I understand being busy, but there was a lack of customer service and communication.
ordered some wings for delivery through the Wingstop website after ordering my food was delivered only to open up the bag and all my wings and sandwich were missing all I received was 3 drinks and 2 small fries and ranch . I immediately called the store to be told no we sent them and that is sorry call door dash . Lady would not let me explain. The bag was dead from the store . So I called door dash and the replaced my order only to be cancelled by the store called door dash back and was informed I would need to contact the store for a refund which I did and and was hung up on look I order from this location regularly with no issues I was nice to the staff and just wanted my food this was the worst experience I know it's not a lot but 55 dollars is still a decent order I hope this can be made right again first time having an issue with this location.
Great location, great service from staff, and not that crowded. Wingstop is the same everywhere though, but I loved it. They were even gracious to serve us at closing time. Remind me not to try the Atomic hot ???? though, I almost passed out.
I placed my order online last night and went to pick it up at the time it was suppose to be done. When I got there and I had to wait for a long time. Several people were there complaining before me and mad at the time and how their order wasn’t correct nor ready. The air conditioner wasn’t working apparently either. Finally they made my food after I had to constantly ask when it was going to be ready and I went home and ate. Order was correct but cold and didn’t taste fresh at all. Wings nor fries. I woke up at 4am to an allergic reaction and had to go the emergency room. Not sure if the cooks changed the oil because of how busy it was but something definitely had me sick and swollen from this location. Do not recommend and customer service was horrible.
60 MINUTES FOR A LITTLE 6 PIECE MEAL IS HORRIBLE. All I ordered was a small meal, but they kept telling me that my order was on the way. As she’s saying that, I’m sitting in direct view of the kitchen staff laughing, dropping seasonings out of containers and onto the floor and scrolling on Facebook. I’m usually patient, but don’t sit there and lie to me saying your working on an order when the fryer isn’t even going. The lobby is full of people waiting for food but no food is being made. Next time, I’d go get the saucy nuggets from Wendy’s or something before I wait for these employees to start caring to do their jobs. ZERO STARS ISNT ENOUGH HONESTLY.
This is my first time in this area, and it’s horrible. They didn’t want to improvise. The service is horrible, they are all over the place. The worker had to take out the calculator to give us our change back. It’s really hot in this place and the lobby was dirty and not cleaned.
