I haven’t had good luck at this location so I haven’t been to it in a while. But I decided to give it another chance and I really wish I didn’t. I ordered 6 wings and fries that said would be ready 28-30 minutes. I ended up waiting almost an hour. The workers were also vaping and playing on their phones. I got home and the food wasn’t even worth the wait. I order DRY RUB wings… only to pull a grease covered box out of the bag to see the dry rub seasoning came off all my wings due to the pool of grease in wing box. I couldn’t eat most of them.
This was my first adventure with Wing Stop. The woman who took the order was nice and offered free food with a survey which was nice. The wait wasn't too long either. I am leaving 4 stars because 1, the fellas in the back who were making the food, were more concerned with being on their phones and what was going on after work, which I get. I assume they work pretty hard and long hours, so I understand that, but mean mugging customers as you make the orders, makes you look like a 6 year old who can't control their emotions. 2. I should have received 4 dipping sauces, and only received 3, the honey mustard was missing. Again, I am being nice considering I give lower stars for lack of simplicity. Will try again.
Went to Wingstop in Willoughby around 7:00 pm yesterday for dinner. When I first went in, I was greeted by the cashier (Shayla). She was really nice. The whole crew was cool. They were all professional and I appreciate them for making me wings exactly how I requested and for just being nice to everyone who came in. Shout-out to the manager for keeping a tight ship. Go and visit this location.
if i would give this place zero stars i would. first of all, i walked in, everyone is on their phones and i had to stand there for a little bit before someone walked over to acknowledge me. got our order but realized the fries had no seasoning and i specifically asked for extra seasoning. so i walked up again and the girl stared at me then i had to say that there was no seasoning and she looked at me and goes “oh we’re out”. ??? sooo why didn’t she say that while giving us our order and ask if we wanted something else? then we get home to eat and i paid extra for ranches. no ranches. the place was FILTHY. the soda machine was pure syrup. sad i paid $22 for this. gross
I see the negative reviews but still want to experience it for myself, and experience is a light way of putting it.
The order was completely wrong, missing items, wings half the size of a McDonalds chicken nugget, and old/cold saugy fries with cold cheese on top.
This is the perfect spot for overpriced and cold food.
You're the worst wingstop around. Couldn't cancel, delivered and charged a different card and now after an hour a big middle finger. I loosely hate your restaurant from the depths of me. Keep up the great work! This still stands, but I got delivery and was missing 1/3 of my order. 20 minutes on hold before updating this post. Ty.
Kelly and Anaia (Sp?) Were very polite and attentive to me while I placed my order for carryout and waited.
Upon entering the store, It was very clean and it smelled AMAZING!!!
The customer service I received was totally awesome.
I have never visited or ate at Wing Stop before.
After getting home, and unpacking my food, my wings were DELICIOUS!!!
My fries tasted homemade, and were awesome.
I ordered 3 types of wings and they were packaged carefully,and were phenomenal!!
Thanks to the awesome service of the staff, the friendliness of the staff, and the excellent food.....I will be returning to this store in particular.

I almost never leave bad reviews, so I will start with when they get the food order correct, it generally tastes pretty good.
Went the other week for a pick up. Very rude & inattentive staff. Went in when food was scheduled to be completed, told to wait 10 more minutes. When back in 10 minutes, told to wait another 15 minutes??? That’s a pretty big miss. Will be going to the Mentor on the Lake branch from now on.
