The worst service on this visit. The food tasted alright. I did notice a lot of flies inside the restaurant by the drink area. The owners should take more pride in their establishment.
All boneless flavors came in the same box together. I didn’t even receive my traditional wings. I’ve called twice for a refund or store credit with no luck.
Place is disgusting literally found and fly in my wife’s food. Tried to call the store no one answers the phone. This isn't the first time we’ve found something in our food from this location. Best thing to do is not come to this location.
I ordered mango habenaro chicken tenders, which I never had flavored chicken tenders before, and a side of fries. The tenders were pretty good but I feel like they didn't have a kick like that flavor usually does. The fries were pretty good. Had great flavor and seasoning. There were plenty of seats available when we went.
So. It wasn't a good experience. But they were understaffed and working SO HARD. I ordered online and it said 28-33 minutes. I came in at 25 minutes and waited and extra 20-25 minutes. So almost an hour for 10 wings on an order ahead. When I went to ask the worker, he cared. He went back and checked and was quick to make me feel seen and heard. He had a lot of angsty hungry people. Thanks man.
The cooks were incredible. Only two of them and busting out an insane amount of orders. I probably won't order again but I do hope you get the employees you need to thrive.

Worst service ever today at this establishment. I asked for just wings with light seasonal and gave me this messed up order. It was so much seasoning on the wings that I couldn’t eat the wings.
Took an hour to get our food because they bumped our order, then once we actually got our food all the fries were cold. The wings were somewhat warm which was super disappointing after waiting over an hour. The worker at the front didn't have customer service skills because he was just repeating the same robotic voice to every customer and would raise his voice if someone was confused on what he meant. Honestly not worth it, the ranch is hit or miss too, sometimes it's good and other times it's really watery
As a delivery driver and as a customer. The staff are helpful but at times seem not to care and it doesn't help if you're on a time crunch.
