Decent food, but irresponsible work ethic. Only one employee was cooking tonight, when he walked away from preparing food to greet friends which randomly walked into the store. He additionally took multiple opportunities to stop preparing any food to chat with the cashier. I waited 30 minutes for them to even start my order. I never saw a manager or shift supervisor attempt getting anyone to stay on task or move with a sense of purpose. No one cares.
The young lady that was working the extremely busy front end of things was absolutely amazing along with the rest of the crew working today 07.03.2022. They were working hard and together, the customer service was just as impressive. Even though we live in Saginaw where there is a closer Wingstop, we still drive out to lake worth to get our food from this establishment instead. The food is always fresh and hot, fills us up, and is delicious in every way. We appreciate the hard work these workers put in here to make this great experience happen over and over again.

I had the worst experience with their service. I made an order over the phone and waited 30 minutes, only to be told that my order was never placed. This level of service is unacceptable. They really need to improve their phone ordering system, as well as their online service, and customer service overall. Very disappointing!
You can't make a call order, it goes to a full voice mail box, the app doesn't work and good luck ordering through the digital person.. nothing works and it's been like that for months. You have to go in person to order..
I ordered two orders of wings & two drinks for delivery that took over a hour & a half to get here, i live 15 mins away…. the drinks weren’t filled all the way and watered down. My order of 10 wings had 8 wings and two “wings” that was just crust and no chicken. The ranch had hair in BOTH containers. On top of that the fries were spilled in the bag everywhere because someone put EVERYTHING in sideways.
Ordered a big $115 order...Only got half my order..had to go back for second half and all I got was an "I'm sorry I'm Training ".
Undercooked chicken. No flavor on wings. Fries taste like cardboard with Aunt Jemima syrup.
I love Chicken wings and french fries ! Always friendly and take the time to chat when You pick up Your order. Wings and fry's are always awesome and fresh.
