Customer service was great. It was our first time trying Wing stop. They let my boyfriend try an atomic wing before ordering. We got 20 wings, cheese fries, and cajun corn (delishhhhh) for around $30 . They give you a lot of food for the price and it was overall a great tasty experience.
Listen. Everytime I’ve gone to this wingstop I’ve thought it was eh, never really caring to come back. The service was always whatever. But WHOEVER WAS WORKING 10/30 LATE AT NIGHT CHANGED MY MIND! The food was 10X Better! They were SO nice! I don’t remember the names of the two men who helped me unfortunately! But thank you both SO much for giving me much better made food!! It’s NEVER this crispy even when I ask for extra crisp time.
Amazing wings. They are the best around. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Fries are very good too. The could take the Pepsi challeng with Five Guys fries 7 days a week. Honey mustard sauce is fire. My son challened me to eat 4 of the hottest (atomic) wings they had so I am here. The atomic wings were very good. They were spicy bu very testy. Great place to watch football if you don't have a TV or care if there is sound. The New York Jets are beating the Raiders 9 to 3. I am a Niner fan so sound on this game is no big deal. Boneless and traditional wings are 94 cents on Mon and Tues.

Also they demand you share your phone number which I refuse to provide, they should respect your privacy and I don’t need their marketing junk.
When rating anything, one has to do it realistically. If you’re choosing Wingstop, you have a clear expectation of what you are going to get. And while there is an inherent expectation that the wings should be exceptional because their entire business is based upon wings. However, it’s also fast food, so one has to lower one’s expectations to a fast food scale. And in doing so, let me say that by fast food standards, their wings are very good. However, if you’re looking for hot wings in the vein of the Hot Ones YouTube show, there is nothing here that is going to make you sweat. They have absolutely the best fries in the fast food industry. Reheat them in an air fryer the next day and they’re just as good.
The restaurant was clean. Restrooms were clean.
They have one of the new Coca Cola soda dispensers that offer over 100 different combinations of flavors. Even the pickiest of patrons can find something for themselves.
Despite not being overly busy, they staff did seem overwhelmed. My pregnant wife dropped her cup of i e near the counter and the staff of twelve all glanced over and went back to what they were doing, letting her and I pick up the random chunks of I w that littered the floor. While she did drop it and it was out responsibility to clean it up, no one ever offered assistance, and worse never checked to see that it was cleaned up properly. No one brought a wet floor sign. The incident came and went, forgotten in moments.
Our order took longer than expected, as at least a half dozen other orders placed after us were filled before ours. Maybe our order was larger or had some component that took longer, but it was simple wings and fries. Who knows?
The staff were friendly and responsive at the counter.
Employees super rude to Door Dashers. Can't imagine actually being a customer at this location. Stear clear friends, you don't want those vibes in your chicken. Bless her heart.
Always consistent, girl at the register was very friendly and helpful suggesting the family meal to save me money.
Best Wingstop I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in Los Angeles, Hawaii, and Virginia, this is the best one I have ever had. Food was hot, service was great, highly recommend.
