Got two sandwiches, one of them nearly the entire patty was gristle. I’m scared to even try the 2nd one out. Absolutely disgusting. Sauce had good flavor though.
I knew something was off from it from the shape of the patty, it wasn’t wide enough to fit the bun but was way too thick. So why didn’t the cook notice.
It wasn't as bad as all the negative reviews had me anticipating. Employees looked like miserable high school students, but I was pleasantly surprised that the tenders were good, wings were fine, and we got the entire order in about 10 minutes. It's really weird that there are no trashcans inside this very casual, slightly grimy restaurant. The bathrooms especially need a renovation. Fries were so-so, kind of greasy and almost not worth getting. Overall, a gloomy experience in a facility in need of a makeover/renovation & hire better staff. They should also have a few extra things on the menu, like fried pickles, shakes, and/or dessert options. It was ok, but not any place I'd want to return.
It's 10:30 and they don't close until 11, they refused to take my order. Terrible customer service . Literally just got off work. And the worst part about it. The "on duty manage" couldn't tell me himself. He had to have someone else do it, like I couldn't hear him!! I always have an issue with this wing stop but this was really my last straw before the review! . Do better!
Wingstop deserves five stars! The wings were delicious, and Phillip was incredibly kind and attentive, making our visit fantastic. Highly recommend!
Trash out front was over flowing and all over the sidewalk. Restaurant was empty and somewhat clean. Arrived and ordered at 520pm. Didn’t get our two 6 piece orders of wings until 550pm. No trashcan inside. Staff was too busy hanging out with their friends to properly run the restaurant. Management really needs to do something.
Their driver ate my food. Got lied to by employees several times saying they would resend the food. Maybe got lied to again.. the manager on 9/29/24 said he would refund me. He seemed apologetic, which was nice.
Just an FYI. When I call, people answer the phone with 'hello'. Up until now, I've had to call like 5-6 times just to get someone to answer and each person has been quite rude. The manager seemed okay. Alex tried to help too. But everyone else there needs to realize how to act at a job.
I ordered a takeout meal at 10 am and set the pickup time for 5:15 pm. I did not get out of the store until 6:00. The food was fine, although they did not put any seasoning on my fries even though I asked for extra seasoning. If you're wanting to get in and out (even ordering ahead) look elsewhere.
EDIT: I received a $5 gift card after submitting a complaint for this location, so I have updated the review accordingly since they compensated me. (Somewhat)
The service started out a bit rocky but it came together by the time we finished ordering. The wait time was a bit crazy.. I think after ordering it took almost 20/25 mins to get our food, a total of 34 wings and a chicken sandwich. The food was good ( mild sauce is not spicy at all), the fries and ranch were really good. Overall not bad, we would return.
