Most horrible wingstop
Went there to order after waiting 30 mins for 6 wings they ask me to do a survey before I get the food, but I’ve tried other wingstop so was assuming it’s good
Upon receiving my order I drove home just to see that part of my order was missing ???? and they miss the fresh fry’s with older fries it’s was so damm horrible.
If it wasn’t for my kids needing this I would never have gone.
DONT LET THEM HAVE YOU DO A SURVEY BEFORE YOU EVEN RECEIVE YOU ORDER JUST FOR A FREE FRIES ITS NOT WORTH IT…..
Would never out this feet back in that store
So freaking pisssssss????????????????????????
35 mins for 6 wings never in history…….
I used to go here as a kid 20 years ago and sadly the brand has spread too much and their quality has gone way downhill.
This was a chicken sandwich I got from an online order
I did an online order for pick up after work. The service was great picking up the food, even got a free side of ranch which I was grateful for. My wife and I came home to eat and the wings were very burnt and dry, and my corn had no seasoning on it like I ordered. I called in because I live 20 min away and just worked a 12hr shift. I was told I can’t get a refund unless I come in and return the food. I asked to send a picture or even partial store credit and I received a “yeahhhhh soon sorry”. I will not be returning to this location.
The one time I was excited my food was actually ready on time, my order was wrong. I live 4 minutes away. The fries were ok, wings hot but soft, not well done like I requested, and my blue cheese dip was literally just runny ranch with a couple small pieces of crumble. Disappointing for the price.
My order was incomplete. It was missing wings and the fries were dry and burnt. Horrible management! I was promised a refund that was never received. Avoid this location!! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
This store is trash I can’t say it again heaven was a completely rude with me over the phone WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES TO MESS UP MY ORDER I WILL BE CALLING BACK TO SOEAK WITH WILLY THE MANAGER I own a firehouse subs Never have I EVER SPOKEN WITH A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE YOU ALL GOT MY ORDER WRONG I HAVE 3 small children to feed and u want me to come back tomorrow with rotten food completely ridiculous I have NEVER TREATED MY CUSTOMERS IN THIS MATTER U ALL MESSED MY ORDER UP NOW THAT I DONT Want to drive 24 mins back am I being punished I will be back tomorrow for my refund
If you are a delivery driver never accept an order from this location. There have the worst customer service service. Every order will take minimum of 20 minutes to complete. If you’re picking up multiple orders they will not give them to you together , meaning you might be waiting an additional 10 minutes between order pick ups. By far the worst delivery location in central Florida.
I eat here faithfully everyday! Today is my last day thanks to Willy the manager I purchased a HUGE purchase over $30 yesterday and went in today to receive my free brownie or fry and was turned down showed my email and everything!
