Ive been here a few times. It's a hit or miss. If you're not accustomed to a hoodlike atmosphere, you may be turned off upon entering. It's not the cleanest and the employees are not the most professional. Moving on, I usually order 10 pc, all flats, lemon pepper dry rub. Once I received my order, I was given drums and flats. I informed the young lady I ordered all flats. In less than 5-7 minutes, I was given all flats. This time they were wet and not dry. In addition, my the wings looked halfway cooked with the lemon pepper seasoning not on some of the wings. It looked throwed together. I decided to avoid any confrontation and doctor on them myself once I got home (see pictures) Make sure you have them repeat your order to ensure it's correct and be aware if you decide to order from here, you're ordering at your own risk.

Wings were extra crispy and they really good size. They also were really nice and gave me an extra ranch when I dropped mine.
This is my favorite wing place!! The food is always done quick and I tasty, exactly as I ordered. Shoutout to the manager Nicole!! She’s so sweet and she has great customer service. I will be back! :)
DO NOT recommend. Take your business elsewhere. We waited 45 minutes in the store for an online order and they said the order is coming while we watched other customers come and go with their order after us. They prioritized Door Dash and third party orders above regular customers. After the long wait they handed us the wrong order and when I was on my way home called to inform me that I had the wrong order. Instead of apologizing or offering anything as compensation, they told me to come back, bring back the wrong order and pick up my original order. I asked for a refund and was told that's not possible but I have to go out of my way to drive back to the store to pick up the right order. This after a 45 minutes long wait! What kind of customer service is this? Sequoia the manager was no help, did not apologize or acknowledge their mistake.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Wingstop on Piedmont, and despite the bad weather and how extremely busy it was, Nicki and Bri went above and beyond! They were so kind, positive, and professional throughout the entire experience. Even with the rush, they moved with an impressive sense of urgency, making sure everyone was taken care of. Their upbeat attitudes made the wait more than worth it. I will definitely be returning to this location thanks to their outstanding service!
I recently visited Wingstop and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, making it a great place to grab a bite with friends. The service was prompt and friendly, and I appreciated the staff's recommendations on flavors.
I ordered the classic wings with the Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan sauces, and they were absolutely delicious! The wings were cooked to perfection-crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Plus, the variety of dipping sauces made it even more fun to mix and match.
I also tried the fries, which were perfectly seasoned and just the right amount of crispy. I loved that they have different flavors for the fries as well!
Overall, I highly recommend Wingstop for anyone craving some tasty wings. Can't wait to go back and try more flavors! *
Love the food customer service is great and it’s always clean.food is always fresh.
Ordered food online... 15 pc combo for two. Not only we're half the wings not sauced but our fries were cold and our ranch wasn't in the bag. We were in town on business so driving to pick it up wasn't an option. I called in and was put on hold and left there and offered no recourse. Do not recommend.
