At the weslaco location was really bad we waited for more than and hour my daughter went to check on her order they couldn't find her order or her receipt. She had her copy, but they didn't even do her order cuz. They lost the receipt very bad my grandkids
Were very upset because they were super hungry ???? ???? never again there was also a lot of other customers upset because their orders weren't done on time. And some people were even asking for their money to leave. That's how bad this is: it needs better management? A manager that knows what they're doing
Would love to add the food, but unfortunately due to all the workers giggling and talking by the wing prep area and no food in sight, while being on their phones, I'm not able to. Ordered at 10:34 and understand there is time to wait and would be more understanding if it actually looked like the staff was working, but when I asked for my drink after standing at the cashiers desk for 3 minutes while everyone was talking and getting attitude from the workers, amI definitely driving to the other wingstops in my area since this one had me waiting almost 45 minutes for 1 chicken burger, a 6 piece wingless combo and a 6 piece bone in combo. Am so over these workers who would rather chit chat and be on the phones than actually work
I love wing stop and this place just opened a month ago. It did not disappoint. I ordered the lemon pepper and original hot original hot wings, absolutely the best. They had extremely friendly staff and the place was super clean. I think this place is going to do very well. Way to go Wings Stop and welcome to Donna, Texas. We are so glad to have you here.
They need to change their cooking oil more frequently because the food tastes like burnt oil. Also I asked for my wings wet and nothing they were all dry. Also the fries were soggy as can be.
I had ordered 4 orders, the first one came out and it took awhile for the other 3 to be out. Even though other customers were getting there 4 to 5 orders already. Why didn't all my orders come out at the same time?
It's understandable that since it's a very busy restaurant, lobby is not to too clean....and it's the client's being messy..... there should always be time made for cleaning.
The delicious warm fresh food makes up for a bit of a wait time. Always worth it. I love the staff, always working efficiently, under pressure with a lot of client's. The staff still manages to get your order correct, in a timely manner, very orderly and happy environment.
My husband and I stopped here on our way to Mercedes. Absolutely the best wings we’ve had. Everything was fresh and delicious! The staff was amazing. The restroom were clean. We will definitely come back to this location
Worst experience ever! Went last night to get food for my kids, they had everything out way ahead of time when we came back home to check the food everything was old all 20 wings all the sauces for the wings were dam near dried out and the taste was just NO! and fries were cold and on one of the flavors was missing coconut flakes. Husband tried calling he was put on hold for over 20 minutes and no one picked up Went back again today, and still missing coconut flakes on top of our hawian wings and they forgot our cheese sauce. Why hire teenagers if they can't do the job right. Literally just have girls in the front walking around talking not doing their job. The workers in the back leaving everyone's bags open so food can get cold while they take their time grabbing other things to fill up the customers bags. SMH.
