Normally my food is pretty good from here but this morning was absolutely terrible. I order the eight piece and the wings were very under seasoned and the fries were over seasoned. They were so salty I had to throw them away. Also they didn't put my ranch dip in my bag. Overall terrible experience.
This place was very dirty. From when I had to open the door. The glass door was dirty. The floors were sticky to walk and dirty counters. I wanted to turn around and leave, but I had already ordered my food online. Employees were okay. The place just needed cleaning up.
Ordered through app, showed up early. Asked if fries could be well done, both through the app and in person. They were not.. must be a common practice for Wingstop to ignore special instructions both in the app and in person. Fries were flimsy, but the wings are always good in my experience.
Literally found 3 blonde hair on my sister chicken tender, which is very disgusting and worse that I had to throw away the food. Basically, I wasted my time and money for people to put their hair in people food. It's called hairnet people never again order from here
I order food online and the person who answered the phone was so rude and kept cutting me off and didn’t repeat my order back to me and just hung up. When I got to the store my drink was just carbonated and they gave me bone in wing when I asked for boneless and the dude up front said he repeated my order which he didn’t and I told him that who ever answered the phone was very rude and he said it was him and he did not care at all, and wanted to argue with me saying he was not rude and now I’m having to wait and extra 20 mins after I order over the phone and it took an hour. I finally got my correct order and it was so sloppy and had random fries in the sauce with my wings WORST WINGSTOP EVER!!!!! Will not be back!!!
Employees need to be taught respect and order of operation…..DoorDash delivery drivers are to be helped immediately and not be pushed to the side like time don’t matter because in our line of work it makes or breaks us!
Everybody be careful buying your food from here I bought some wings Friday and they took so long but the day after which is Saturday I woke up feeling sick and have been vomiting all day and yes I know it was the wings because that’s the only thing I ate that day and the next day in the morning I started feeling really sick so be careful and stay safe ‼️‼️‼️‼️
They have the music playing so loud I have to ask the cashier to repeat himself and even had to get closer , they also have a full kitchen and u can see people just standing around
