I am very upset! I ordered online so that my food could be ready (like always)
1. You charge for All Flats but I don’t get all flats
2. Now I’m waiting on my food which was ordered over 40 mins ago because yall got it wrong?
3. This is why we order online because no one wants to spend their lunch break inside of a Wingstop.
4. The facts that I’m still sitting here, is insane
5. I ordered a 10pc and I was shorted
Normally during busy times, I am the type of person who gives grace. Like take the time you need to fulfill my order and I will sit here patiently while you catch up or finish my order. It wasn’t the fact that I waited over 40 minutes for my order , I sat there and not once asked them to hurry or even bother to see how much more time I could see they were busy. The part where all the wings weren’t sauced correctly or half sauced and tossed into the boxes is what really bothers me. The quality of the food was not worth the wait. The fries 100% fresh and on point but our wings looked so dry and sad. Please cancel my order next time you feel like you need to rush to complete it.
I never leave review for anything this is my first review ever, that’s how bad this place was, but I feel like I need to warn everyone. This location is one of the worst ones to order from. They take EXTREMELY long to finish your order, the employees spend a majority of the time standing around and chatting with each other, dancing around to music they’re playing and ignoring phone calls. The entire staff team means to be replaced here they are just hanging out and talking while orders are piling up. Your order will take easily 20-40 minutes longer than the estimated time. Save your time and go to another location
It took them over an hour to make my order. As my family and I waited inside, the beverage machine had run out of most of the drinks, there wasn't any trash cans, no napkins and it was really cold. When we finally got home to enjoy them, ALL the wings weren't completely sauced, the regular barbeque ones were spicy and the mango habanero weren't spicy at all.
Placed an order for pick up on DoorDash for the 30 piece crew pack. That was supposed to come with 30 wings fries and veggie sticks. Didn’t receive the fries and got boneless lemon pepper but they gave me plain chicken.
FIRST OFF!! I LOVE WINGSTOP!! But NEVER AGAIN will I ever order from this location again!!!! I made an online order to be picked up and so as usual when you make an online order you expect your order to be ready….WRONG!! I got there and they told me that ohh it’s still being cooked…I ordered it at 9:30pm and here it is over an hour later it’s still not even being prepared!!!! THE SERVICE HERE WAS BY FAR THE WORSE EVER! The employees were very rude and unprofessional the whole time! They made us wait over an hour even tho I ordered it ahead!!!!!
I'm a dasher. I was waiting 15 minutes over the pick up time for an order, I love seeing employees all "hiding" and being on their phone when they should have been working on the 3 orders they had
As slow as they are they can atlease smile an nt look like they dont care about you bein served most places that take 45 min to serve u will atlease offer u a drink dont even say thank you have a good day just give u yo food an move on
