The food here is absolutely amazing. They have many options for the flavors. Must try Hot honey rub. Staff are absolutely friendly and they keep the restaurant clean at all times.
SHORTED on order - NOT the 1st time.
20pc wings ordered and paid for, with added delivery and generous tip. 17 / 20, and few pieces about half the size of normal wing. Unfortunate considering it's not exactly cheap.. and that this has been the case several times, I'm just not the kind of person to typically complain. Usually figure one-off human error, whatever, it'll be fine next time, etc but not here. We enjoy the food, but maybe this place has some questionable mgmt or no quality control? Or can't count... or don't care enough to count.. either way, it just sucks getting ripped off :) hope you don't get ripped off like we have (multiple times)

Our go to favorite restaurant after hockey games for the last 4 years is losing its luster. The fries are awesome and the ranch is probably the best we’ve ever tasted. The boneless wings were tasty even though when we ordered our standard 15 wing combo with two flavors they now want to charge us for some of them plain. I was informed it’s only a $1 because plain is a flavor. Which makes no sense when if I had chosen Honey bbq they would have actually added a flavor. This may seem trivial but well like I said we’ve come here 4 plus years and have ordered the exact same thing. Lastly the buns were horrible tonight. They looked fresh and well buttered but they were dry to the point where we didn’t even bother eating them. I’d say we’ve only experienced sub-par food during our last few visits. We will be back but will probably seek out a new post game treat.
Update: we went back on a Saturday (12/15/2018) afternoon and it was much improved. It still doesn’t make up for the previous visit but it was better and I like to be as honest as possible.
Horrible experience. I used to eat here all the time and it "was" good. Haven't been here in roughly six months and was craving wingstop,... well they are not how they used to be.
First off I ordered ahead of time through their app to save time, and they didn't even start my order when I arrived at the end of the completion window. Then the cashier was giving me attitude after asking why my order wasn't even started.
Second, the chicken sandwich I ordered with my bundle was way overcooked and was extremely dry and hard.
I ended up having to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for my order even though it was placed roughly 20 minutes before I got there.
Had I known they are lying about their estimated times (I was told 13-18 minutes from order placed, to being ready) I would have went with another food service option. Made me miss part of my kids football game due to this.
Lastly, most of the food was really meh; somewhere they lost their zing they used to have of having juicy and hot wings.
1 Star review; please save yourself the headache and choose a different option until they can get their things together. I was so mad I got on here to leave negative feedback since their app doesn't bother collecting feedback.
The restaurant offered a delightful experience with its impeccable service and flavorful dishes. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, perfect for a relaxed evening. I particularly enjoyed their signature dish hot honey rub, which was expertly prepared and had a delightful balance of flavors. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience that I would highly recommend.
My girlfriend and I ate 2-3 wings each before feeling sick. Still feeling sick this morning so felt the need to write a review to warn people. Some of them actually looked and felt “off”, they were more rubbery and wet than normal. This place absolutely needs to be inspected by a health inspector and make sure all employees are trained on food safety!
It has really gone downhill the last couple years. The order taker seemed stoned, food was not hot, one kid argued with me about the blue cheese, the ketchup packets were covered with something sticky and, when I told them about that, they didn’t do anything about it! We have loved Wingstop for 20 years but this might be our last visit there.
Seriously they mess something up everytime I order here. Like three weeks ago they just didn't give me a whole 15pc garlic Parmesan boneless and then last night I ordered the 50 pc group pack and 20 were supposed to be garlic parm , all they did was add garlic parm to the lemon pepper wings they messed up.
