Awful. Just awful. Worst wings I have ever had, enough to where I might never come back. Overcooked to the point of burnt- almost $19 for basically a coke and veggies. Could barely rip the skin with my fingers it was so overcooked. Passed along word and got a coupon for a free fries (with purchase!?!?) the next time I am in. Will likely never go back- way too many other wing options around here for this.
Every time I order wings, there’s soooo much sauce to the point where it’s soupy or not enough sauce. They need to hire staff that understands how to cook the food properly because no other location does this! Also wings were supposed to be garlic Parmesan.
I ordered online to be ready at 6:30. Arrived at 6:40 and no order in sight. Very minimal conversation but unless you could be related to the cashier they won’t pay you any mind.
The wings were terrible and had so much grease that it spilled on my car seats. Had no flavor at all. Use to be one of my favorite places to eat but now I am Never going back
Whoever is store manager for this location is negligent to say the least. I ordered my food online in the past and it never delivered. I went on the customer support website to file a claim and have called the store multiple times...nothing. Today I made a separate order and my order is completely wrong. I filed a second claim but this is becoming fraudelent. I don't recommend the headache.
On 8/24/2024, I placed a phone order at Wingstop and arrived at 2:40 p.m. to collect it. However, upon arrival, I was ignored by the cashier, Allison, for 10 minutes, as she was engaged in a personal conversation. Only after a cook intervened did she acknowledge me, but my fries were already cold. When I attempted to bring this to her attention, she continued to prioritize her conversation over my needs, resulting in a disappointing experience. This was my worst encounter at this location and my last time visiting.
My order has been PERFECT every time I’ve ordered from this location. I always get the Hot Honey Tenders & Cajun Corn and they are cooked to perfection. Absolutely delicious.
I wish they would offer some type of salad, like Cesar salad. Also I would love some mayo on my chicken sandwich, love the Pickles.
