Ordered food online on 15 Nov., Fight Night!, Jake and Tyson. The place was packed with people picking up food. The dining area was clean. The staff was busy but hustling. Had to wait an additional 5 minutes, which was no big deal considering the very busy night they were having.
My compliments to the staff. They kept the orders coming out and calling on people loud enough over the crowd noise.
Had an 8 piece drumsticks, buffalo flavored, 6 piece, lemon pepper flats, carrot sticks, and 6 cajun corn, I recommend it. The food was perfect.
We love wings. Who doesn't?. Lol. This is always our go-to spot. The wings are fresh and seasoned great. The only problem we have every time we come is the seasoned fries. They're seasoned great, but the thing is, every time we come to dine in or carry out, we are always disappointed in the quality and quantity of the serving. It's a good serving, don't get me wrong, but not when half the basket of order of fries is all small bits and pieces.
Wings were cold & they came out “fresh” got bottom of the bag fries so that sucked but service was fine, they had no ice in soda machine so many people were waiting for about 10mins for ice, busy as normal.
Waited almost an hour and a half for my order and received someone else’s order. The wait time is ridiculous. Haven’t ate here in a while and forgot about the long waits and poor service.
Great food if they could ever get your order correct. How hard is it to put the correct food in the bag? But we keep coming back cuz those wings are lit. But then I get mad because they didn’t put my fries in the bag and I’m all the way home already.

Went home with 2 missing cheese sauce and busted dips for the wings , which spilled on the fries amd made the bag wet and messy. The dips where placed side by side with box of wings. Went back after I fed my kids they where hungry it was lunch time and it was very busy there. Spoke with manager Nicole. Real rude and argumentive. She didn't believe me that cheese sauce was missing she said " I could go and check on camera" who in there right mind would lie about cheese sauce and waist time and go back. She expected to see order I told her my kids ate the food it was lunch time. She didn't believe me and insinuated that I was lying no apologies and argumentive with me. She said for that time she'll alow the credit for cheese sauce that I never got and she said someone would txt me back I never go the credit back I had to call back talk to someone different to get my credit. I'm never going to that place again. Some people have no common courtesy or respect , poor communication and angry at life why else would you be so angry and rude and at a customer. I was so shocked how argumentive she was I'm not the type to make a scene or yell or argue back in situations like that . I have bad anxiety. I will never go back to that place again I've been a customer for over 10 years at that location. For Nicole I feel sorry for you, you should just get another job you seem miserable with your self.
Mind u I ordered my dinner on 9/19/2024 I get there to pay mind u the person whom took my order over phone had my order for boneless wings for $24. So I go to pickup my order I said bone in. My order was to be $36. But my order was wrong cold fries n my wings were not fully cooked when I requested extra crispy. I did pay $36 on my debit card no reason for Boss man to get upset u still got ur money. Rude n poor management.. never again I'll make my own.. family meal doesn't just come with little veggies
