Very disappointed with the service at this location. I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes before even getting acknowledged. I only ordered fries and it took over 20 minutes. It appears they have fired everybody and only have 3 people working with no hospitality at all. Will not be back. They also don’t speak english. Also had no ice.
Well my son tried to tell me they will let me down. He was right, chicken is very greasy, seasoning is nonexistent since the grease washes it off. Ask for seasoned fries and get no seasoning. I will never eat there again. Please go to Chicago Grill or BWW or home cook your own chicken anything will be better than this place.
I’ve never wrote a review let alone a terrible one, yet a review that I hope people stop and read before going here.
This store needs to either be SHUT DOWN, or they need new workers including a new manger.
I’ve had 3 incidents with this store and I’m finally opening my mouth about it. My first incident I ordered a 6 pc combo with hot honey rub as my flavor. I got home excited to eat just to see that they never put any sauce on my wings. But it was a busy night, and that’s why I ended up just eating my wings as they were. It was the first time they ever messed up my order, and I work in fast food so I understand that maybe my food got mixed up… or the workers were too lazy to put SAUCE on WINGS.
My second incident I decided to go inside and order. I was the first person there and first person to order. As I’m waiting for my food, about 5 people come in after me and EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Got their order before mine. I didn’t plan on saying anything because yet again I gave them the benefit of doubt, but luckily my boyfriend was with me and he was not happy, he wasn’t even getting food for himself, just there waiting for me to get MY food. He walked up to the counter and asked “where’s Alanna’s order?” just for a man with an attitude to GRAB my order that was around the counter just sitting there and handed it to him.
Now here’s my 3rd incident. I wanted Wingstop so my bf told me to order online because we know how long it takes for them to give you your order… I ordered my 6pc combo and added two chicken tenders. And when I got my order of course they forgot my tenders.
See these things add up and there’s a clear lack of interest and effort in this establishment. And if you can’t respect your store what makes me think you’ll respect my order.
There was a hair in my fries!! Since they got new people the food has been bad! They don’t use gloves to serve the food which is very nasty no hair nets one guy scratched his head and starting serving, very nasty!
Food was good. I was 1 of only 2 people ordering food at the lunch hour, which didn't seem like a good sign. Atmosphere was weird. It seems like they don't want you to dine in. Was cash only. No ice. Flies are a problem. No trash can which I thought was bizarre. No sense of urgency, workers were just kind of floating about their day.
Ever since this place changed owners/people the service sucks, the food is awful, and the atmosphere is unpleasant. We went there the other day had bought and paid for the food and a drink, they had only two choices for drinks working. I asked for a refund on the drink and they argued with me and tried to convince me that I wanted something else. They then said they would have to wait for a manager, unbelievable that there was no one there to do it. The wings were mediocre at best, the fries were under cook by a lot. This is was the second time there since new the new management and both time were extremely unpleasant. And last but not least, they were handling food with NO gloves on. I’m sorry but I know there are rules about this and they were following none of them.
I live almost an hour away and always stop here whenever I’m in town. I asked for well done wings with Cajun flavor. However they were not well done and were mild wings. My wings were freshly cooked but my fries were cold. I could clearly see that they are under new ownership because I didn’t see the people I usually see working there. The bathroom was disgusting and the soda fountain was out of Coke and Sprite. Cashier was talking on their personal phone while I was waiting to pick up my order. I used to be a regular but I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.
I've been craving Wing Stop lately since it's been over a year since I've had it. Definitely not a place to go for the atmosphere ???? Bathrooms aren't pleasant and they were completely out of straws. My traditional wings were good though and they greeted me when I walked in the door! I might stick to just getting it door dashed for the future ????
