Nancy was the cashier, she service is excellent!! She was able to explain and breakdown the menu to us. She never once got frustrated with us and kept a smile the whole service.
Great customer service every time I go! I appreciate the friendly service, and great food. The cooks are pretty cool.
I’ve lived here in Oak Cliff for about 3yrs and this location is the closest to me so I favor it BUTA TODAY was my last visit. My husband went to pick up our order and the app said by 5:44. He shows up with me on the phone and I hear a lady ask if he was picking up. He replies yes. He tells her the name but she walks away. I’m on the phone and he’s telling me. So he assumes it’s not ready. Almost 20 minutes go by before someone finally walks up the front desk and he tells them. Our food had been ready!! It was cold! We only lived a street away and usually it’s HOT.
He tells the lady who hi es him the food “that lady, ur co-worker never looked and just walked away. Now our fries and wings are cold.”
We are Hispanic and they spoke Spanish basically saying “tough”
Also there was a little girl there whose mom works there. Again I’m on the phone and can hear everything. She asked her mother how much longer and the mom who’s an employee tells her “idk I’m working”. I guess she was distracted bc her child is there rather at home with a sitter or somewhere else.
This location is ALWAYS hiring new people weekly bc they can never keep anyone. Either their ride, always on the lot phones and not helping customers, playing around, dancing etc. Wing Stop do better for this location and hire employees who are actually going to work, attend customers, be respectful etc. I understand we all have bad days and have families BUTA THERE’S A TIME AND PLACE FOR ALL THAT. A place of business is NOT the place to have kids waiting around.. Nor to be rude to customers just bc you’re having a bad day or u hate ur job.
I rather drive an extra 4 minutes up the road to the Wing Stop off Zang in Oak Cliff than this location.

I love this Wingstop. This is a busy area. Make sure to stop. My food is fresh and hot every time
Everything was perfect he food, the people, the experience. But I start eating my food I open a ranch and I see mold in the ranch and I don’t eat it and throw it away
Nancy and Claudia were extemely nice and eficiente. As well as the cooks. They had us in and out under 20 minutos. The best customer servicio, i will most definetly come back
Very good service, the people who serve are very friendly and always with a smile, the place is very clean, and they didn't make me wait.
