Best WLM Reviews
Great food and service! Wings came out quicker than we expected. I usually order Louisiana rub flavor and it’s never really seasoned. But this store definitely seasoned my wings up so good. The fries were also well seasoned!
Best experience I’ve ever had at Wing Stop!
My order had an error which happens some times, no big deal. What really gave them 5 stars was how they handled it. The manager was so courteous and professional; he fixed my order no questions asked and went above and beyond to take care of me. I will always come back to this location. Good people here.
Manuel was completely awesome. My wife and I ordered 20 wings and we got them hot and they were great but too hot for my wife and he actually made us 10 extra wings Mild just to suit her at no extra charge. very friendly and very helpful. Didn’t even ask him - he just did it. These days it’s pretty rare to have people pay attention to the extra details - and go above and beyond.
Manuel did exactly that. KUDOS MANUEL! You get a A+++++ today sir!
I ordered online when picking up the order it took two people to find my order saying that there was no order for me waiting a couple minutes another guy came out and got my order no problem because it was right on the pick up shelf. When I got home and opened my bag the other half of my wings were the completely wrong flavor. I asked for Cajun and hot honey rub. I got buffalo instead of Cajun
This Wingstop is a fantastic addition to Coppell! The location is perfect, and the inside is always clean, organized, and inviting. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, and I've never had an order be late or incorrect. The food is always top-notch. Overall, it’s a great spot to grab a bite!
It’s seems there is new employees now. The service is excellent they are super nice. My wings are really good and crunchy I love that! Before they seemed to be soggy even after me choosing the well done option. Very content. Thank you guys.
Worst customer service ever is at this place. I will stay clear because clearly the employees want to be little gang members or something by the verbiage they use when they was addressing me.
Literally nothing to complain about this wing stop. Ordered 50 wings with some friends, standard wing stop flavors, quick service. There’s a limited number of tables but if you show up with 5+ people just push them together.
