I loved the food, I always order from there, but today I had a really bad experience. I went to pick up my daughter from American Airlines from a concert, horrible traffic. On the way back home we placed an online order to pick up, because they had 25 minutes left to close. We arrived 5 minutes early. I needed to go to the bathroom really really bad, but the guy who helped me told me that they had already washed the bathroom and that they were closed, he told me to go to Quick Trip, but I couldn't reach them anymore. The situation got ugly, he was rude and didn't want to give me his name when I asked him. And he practically kicked me out really bad. and looked for the customer service phone number and it wasn't there. Besides, another gentleman who came in behind me didn't want to help him anymore and left angry.
Bud customer services it’s not the first time I ordered from this location an always missing a item the employee do not want to refund the money
Food was decent but got our online order completely wrong the first time. Not a single meal was correct. Called to have it fixed and they still didn't get it right. No apology even.
I went there last around 11:30 pm . everyone was standing around . I went to the register to order some food, and the cashier said they were not taking orders because they were closing in 15 min , and they were cleaning the oil. I told them the time says 12 o clock . the cashier responded I am doing your favor , you don't need wings!
Ordered 40pc mix most of the food came out perfect! Wings were still very hot and crispy Togo, fries were awesome. We got everything we ordered. Only complaint is the Buffalo mild wings we ordered were a little dry.
I forgot my wallet on a Thursday and I didn't realize it until Monday and I went back to ask for it and they gave it to me with all my things and my money intact, I feel very grateful, in addition to excellent customer service, they are honest and kind people and 5 stars are not enough, I give them 1000 stars from the bottom of my heart.
Horrible people and management team, they are rude to customers and treat their employees even worse. Does will not take care of your refund and will not listen when u tell them your fries are cold. The General manager there gives away free food just tell him your order is wrong. SUPER DIRTY STORE.
Back in dallas visiting, had a great meal here yesterday, going back again today. Stellar. My carry out order was perfect.
