I love the food but my favorite triple meal deal is no longer on the apps and the food takes waaay too long to come out these days. Last two times I have ordered it took up to an hour. The staff clearly need more help.
Placed online order at 3:15PM to pick up at 5:00PM. Arrived at 4:50. Lady working the register took a break from texting to occasionally take an order. Finally got order at 5:30. What is the purpose of ordering ahead of time? A properly run Wingstop would kill it…this is not one.
They opened 15 minutes late. When I went to the door, the staff stared from the kitchen and walked off. I saw another employee get out of her car at 11:15, when they're supposed to open at 11, and I asked if they were open. Her response was, "give me 5 minutes. Then when I ordered, they got my order wrong. The tables were dirty, and the store had just opened. Not impressed, and I'm not a person who usually complains.
We came here to try the new chicken sandwich. It was actually pretty good. I would recommend the dry rub and not the one with the sauce. The inside of this place is nasty and needs a cleaning. The bathrooms were horrible omg I almost puked. Their were feces around the toilet and urine all over the floors. I walked out of the men’s restroom into the women’s only because the men’s restroom was so nasty. The women’s restroom was no better. The health department must not check the cleanliness of the inside. If I would of saw these restrooms prior to me eating my food, I would’ve never ordered. For that reason we will never come back again. Management, if your restrooms are that nasty, I know the kitchen and the employees are even nastier. If they work their during a shift and everyone is in and out of the restroom, just imaging their sanitary competence.
Elisa helped me out. Got my order out quickly and even gave me a water cup! I was thirsty on the job lol they have great energy here.
This service is terrible we have been waiting here for an hour and still haven’t got our food. Get new workers or work faster. I don’t recommend this Wingstop. The workers are saying that it will be ready but it wasn’t for another 20 minutes. They only have 1 cashier and she can’t even see right or speak English.
I'm at this location and it's 11:14 and the store is supposed to open at eleven and the door is locked and the employees are just looking at me like I'm crazy. Wow!
