Best WLM Reviews

I got lunch from here today. I highly recommend ordering online. There is way too many people in a way too small storefront. The service is not really there. It felt like a rat race just to say hey this is my name and I placed an order online. I got the food though and I very much enjoyed it. I got two lemon pepper tenders that were a dry rub and it was really good 11 out of 10 phenomenal. I also got barbecue wings. They were good, but the sauce is the exact same sauce from Applebee’s. I don’t really think that I would come here for those again because I can get them for 1/3 of the cost. My husband got the hot wings rated a three and they weren’t spicy or hot at all. Kind of a letdown.
This was my first time eating at the local Wingstop. I saw a promo for 70 cents per boneless wing and thought I was getting a steal of a deal. I knew something was up when I felt how light the bag was when I picked it up. They essentially stuffed 20 small boneless wings into a box. I used to work in fast food and if I was serving portions like this, I wouldn’t feel good at all. The fries and bone-in wings seem reasonably priced, but do yourself a favor and skip the boneless wings, even with the promo. Lastly, as others have mentioned, the customer service is non-existent. It’s not welcoming or friendly at all, just feels like a mad dash to get everyone’s order done (perhaps short-staffed?).
I got Louisiana dry rub, bone in wings. They were the best I've ever had ???? the edges were so crunchy and the meat was so juicy. The dry rub was the perfect amount of spice. There was no wait, the staff was so nice. When I got home my food was still so hot I had to wait for it cool down. Their house ranch is absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend to go try it!
Had part of order from my son's purchase so can only rate wings and fries, not service. Buffalo Wings were reheated next day but were tough and sauce was a garish orange. Nice average size. Fries were good, even when reheated. Will try to stop at and eat same day to see if quality is improved.
Their wings are good, but their fries are extremely disappointing when all you get are little pieces of what once was a fry, and when your order is delayed for a restaurant mistake and not a single apology was issued for the mistake, it takes away from the experience and reading previous reviews and not seeing a response to any of them, tells me how much that restaurant does not care. Please do better.
Ordered two 8 piece mild combos. When we opened them there was no sauce on them.We called and asked to add the sauce or remake them we were willing to pay extra for it. They said that apparently mild is dry rub which we informed them they in fact are not dry rub since I have ordered from the Roseville location and have never been served dry wings before. They did agree to remake them over the phone then when we got there the cashier tried to tell us again that we were wrong and mild wings are dry rub. Thank god there was another co worker who informed him that the wings do come with sauce and have never been dry rub. Shout out to the blonde girl working there for remaking our wings. Over all my experience was okay definitely needs improvement and workers need to be educated on their own menu.
Wow, wish I would have seen the reviews before going here. What a rip off!! You're better off going to buy a frozen bag of chicken nuggets at Cub next door and get 5x the amount for this money. I feel like a fool.
I was super excited for Wingstop to make their way into the South Metro. I've experienced their food in other states and I haven't been disappointed yet!
I'm disappointed by the "take out only" business model that we're getting here. The Wingstop I experienced in Kansas City was a full sized restaurant and the service seemed much more personal and friendly.
This Wingstop location is always crowded and busyness has people parking all over the place, blocking traffic to other surrounding businesses. If you decide to place an order on the spot, you're waiting in a tiny lobby with standing room only.
I hope they eventually relocate to a stand alone building with proper parking, dine-in seating, and maybe even a drive thru! For now, I'll make sure I order ahead.
