It's currently 6:11. This place is ran like blind toddlers are in control. I'm making this review after my 3rd visit and it has not improved at all! The staff just enjoys having a great time playing with each other and will take their sweet time to assist you with your attempts to pay them for service. Once the order has been placed, you might as well go see a movie because I've never received my order any sooner than 50 min. Tonight is my last time giving them my money, and will stick with Spice Wing near Kroger. The service, price, and food are fantastic! I live a mile from this Wingstop but driving across town for Spice Wing is well worth it.
I ordered online from the website, 1st waited an hour for my food to be delivered (I live 15 minutes away), then I get my order which was a 10 pc (half Korean bbq, and mango habanero) and voodo fries only to open it and there’s 9 wings. The food wasn’t bad but what happened to my 10th wing ????
1pm, Tuesday, food out quick, fries hot and crispy. Employees seem attentive. Good experience for me
Every time I go to this wingstop they always get my order wrong. Today I ordered online, came to pick up and waited 15-20 minutes. They gave us someone else’s order so we went back and waited again just for them to give us the wrong order for the 2nd time. Finally got our food after going back for the 3rd time and they still got a part of the order wrong. Will not be coming back here again.
i really enjoyed my experience here this last week. came in for a late night order and the cashier was a very sweet girl! the service was so nice we tried to tip her with our cashapp, but she was unable to accept because she did not have an account, and we did not have cash. she made me a very happy pregnant girl!!! the food was hot and fresh too!
Worst experience ever!!! I spend money at this location every week if not every other week. Placed an online order as usual, My husband came to pick it up to be told it wasn’t ready, came back and he was told they never received the order, presented them with confirmation of order, then we was told they needed the actual phone the email was sent to. I came up here to present the email and was told a light skin dude came and pick it up already. And my husband is no where near light skin. Asked for a refund was told I can go online and request it no where online to request a refund so then I was told I can come talk to a general manager in the morning because he’s already aware of this situation. So at this point I don’t get the food I ordered nor my money to go elsewhere!! Horrible Horrible Horrible Service . An order still sitting on the counter to be picked up over 20 mins ago I stayed until 8pm and the order still there. My receipt says you have to present ID/payment method and email when picking up an order the manager telling me they didn’t ask because the guy was on the phone with a women and he knew the exact name of my order so I need to find this light skin dude because now I want to know if you have hacked my email!! So light dude if you see this review please reach out so I can figure out how you know I placed this order
Had a 4 piece lemon pepper wet tender combo. The sauce was delicious and the chicken was fresh and hot. The fries could have been more hot temperature wise and needed some more seasoning. The cashier was polite and patient. Overall I would go back!
Online order that took almost an hour and half just for the door dash delivery lady to get it. They told our delivery driver they were packing it up but lied. We called the store to be told the same. When we said it was unacceptable to lie to the driver and taking this long, the employee hung up on us. Definitely going to Spicy Wings next time. Bottom line is don’t waste your time or money at this Wingstop.
