Earlier today, my mother visited Wingstop to pick up wings for our family dinner. Upon returning home, we discovered that 10 BBQ wings were missing from our order. We promptly called the store to inform them of the oversight, only to be met with accusations of dishonesty and an unwillingness to address the issue. This response was especially disheartening, as we are frequent customers, often ordering on weekends. To make matters worse, we overheard employees in the background speaking disrespectfully and using inappropriate language toward us. Having worked in the fast food industry ourselves, we understand how customer complaints should be handled with courtesy and professionalism. This experience was, without question, one of the most disappointing we have encountered at Wingstop. I strongly recommend that this location addresses its approach to customer service and invests in proper staff training. Failing to do so may result in the loss of loyal customers and long-term damage to the business’s reputation. Avoid this location as they clearly don't care enough to make sure you receive what you payed for.
My experience at Wingstop was infuriating! I planned to purchase 100 wings, but they rudely restricted me to 50 because they were closing soon it was 10:30pm and the close at 12 Unacceptable customer service and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Disappointed and frustrated with their lack of flexibility and professionalism Not only did they limit my wing order to 50 due to closing soon, but they also refused to let me dine in.
Ridiculous customer service. Spent $120.00 on food for dinner. We are missing 2 fries, 2 drinks, and an 8 piece boneless wing. Plus one of the 8 piece wings we did receive was not the correct sauce. I call to explain and I am told they gave the driver 6 drinks. I explain we only have 4. This employee proceeded to keep repeating herself that they gave the diver 6 cups. They said there was nothing they could do to help me out. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no manager to talk to that I could talk to one sometime tomorrow. Now I don't have dinner. Can't leave my job to get dinner either. $120.00 and we are worried about 6 cups or 4 cups? Seriously ???? We order often and spend anywhere between $100- $150 dollars each time. But Wing stop can't help us out. WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN
And then they called me back at work to again tell me they gave the driver 6 cups !!!!! I guess the driver ate our fries and chicken too.
Quick, efficient service. Food always fresh and delicious! Best location in the area. Definitely recommend!
Best wing place i have ever been to. Here wings are full of flavor love it and the voodoo fries is the best combination i have ever had front girl have always smileys faces all the time and they were very friendly with me and my family during our visit I highly recommend this place.
I ordered a 4 piece chicken tinder and 10 piece corn. Look at the images. How much oil was in the box for chicken tenders . Please improve your cooking. Tastes also not so good
My family has been ordering from here for 3~ years now. The wings, sandwiches, and tenders are fine, my biggest problem are the fries. When we first ordered them they were soggy and loose, more like a thick cooked noodle. Next time we ordered I asked for them to be well done. Same issue. This has continued every single time. I’ve put “cook well done” when I’ve online ordered. I’ve called and asked them to ensure they were crispy, I’ve gone in the store and gotten them fresh - still the same soggy and wiggly fry. I’ve pleaded, begged, wrote novels about the wants and needs for delicious crispy fries - and my words have always fallen on deaf ears. We must have ordered from here around 15 times now total, including tonight - and I find myself longing for crispy delicious fries every single time. Tonight is the final straw, I will no longer be a victim to this soggy experience and I will not put my family through the humiliation and torture that the fries this place cooks bring forth.
