Worst boneless wings I've had! The wings were inconsistent in several ways. The sizes were all different and the texture of the meat varied between pieces. Several had inclusions that were hard or grisly. I couldn't finish my meal. I could only spit out the disgusting pieces and throw it all away.
I had a great experience here for lunch
I waited 25 minutes for my food, while I watched them prepare and bag up multiple togo orders (I was dining in) that were still there when I left. When I got the food, the wings had hardly any sauce on it and the fries were droopy. Also, the girl working the registers was rude and dismissive to every customer that came in. Will definitely be going elsewhere from now on and not waste my money here.
I ordered from DoorDash and I received my food with barely any seasoning, very cold and undercooked food, fries were undercooked, and I ordered a large fries and it didn’t even have much in it.
Today we came in with a great mood for someones birthday. We were doing great ordering our food to dine in. Minutes later we got our food and instead of getting our food into dine in we got it for to go. Another thing we were checking our food and we got boneless wings, tenders, sandwich. Anyways instead of getting our boneless wings we got them traditional which is bone in. We tried to go get them fixed in the nicest way possible and a lady said “it doesn’t say it in the receipt”, Instead of helping our needs. She just said it wasnt on the receipt when we clearly said it. Poor customer service Also some of our food is raw.
Ive been here a few times, the service is pretty fast, the food is Hot and fresh. My only critique would be how small the place is. It got crowded pretty quickly during lunch hour and not many tables to sit at. The staff works quickly to clean the tables as people leave. I would visit again, the wings are tasty as well as the triple chocolate brownie ;)
I’m actually sad to write this review because I usually love Wingstop! I was drawn by the BOGO sandwich offer on DoorDash and received a soggy chicken sandwich. I dont recommend anyone ordering the chicken sandwiches.
While waiting for our food, I noticed how respectful and professional this young staff was. I was actually taken back by the atmosphere, energy and level of professionalism I saw while waiting. Unfortunately, with such a young staff, in the evening hours, I do not encounter this from small food establishes.
I feel the need to take the time and give the staff of this location a shout-out and pat on the back.
