My office ordered for pick up! All orders were ready in a timely manner and Cheyenne was especially sweet and helpful! She helped me make sure I had all my colleagues’ orders and bagged them nicely with labels and even offered to help me to my car.
Called in to order and the women working cannot communicate. I had to recall several times to place a simple order, and after my frustration the manager told me that I can only pay with card at the end of the call…. As a teacher trying to have an efficient and quick order- I can’t deal with the women running the establishment. This is the reason for the low ratings
Ordered at 7:00 for pickup. Said to arrive at 7:26 I arrived at 7:30 and watched three people who ordered after me leave before me. The people in the bag seem to be more interested in messing around then with getting my order.
Love ordering from this place!!! Fast and nicely packed and never had my order wrong. Everyone has been very kind. I’ve done delivery, take out and dine in and all have been ???????? great
The Wingstop online doesn’t like you choose hot lemon pepper. I called to order and they won’t take the order if it’s over 15 wings. ???? I offered to pay over the phone I just want to run in and get my food. They still said I had to come in the point of calling ahead is to have the food ready. I usually order online it says it’ll take 15-25 mins I always wait 15 min when I get to the store. I expressed this to whoever was taking the order. She said it will only take 3 min for fries. I’m like lady that’s not what I’m asking I want to place my order I’m offering to pay you right now. Not sure what the issue is. But terrible. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings.
This place over the years has gone steadily down. The prices keep going up but the service and quality of the food is terrible. We have driven to New Caney instead of ordering here. We were desperate the other day and ordered from them. Well as expected from this store they didn't give us our complete order and was missing the dips too. The wings were gross and the fries were stale and cold. Seriously they are rude unprofessional and dare I say LAZY. This store needs to fire every last one of them and bring in ppl who care about doing their job. It starts from the top up Wingstop. Pay them better and stop hiring the kids that DO NOT CARE ABOUT DOING A GOOD JOB.
I will make the drive to Kingwood before ordering from here again. Customer service is never good, soda machine never works(limited drinks) & the wait time is always long. We tried ordering over the phone we were told we couldn’t because order was more than $20 or $25. The charge extra for ranch & they forget to get it to us. This place has gone down hill.
walked in a 10:42 store closes at 11, black girl with red braids asked the dike cashier w blonde dreads, “what time was it” with a attitude, than go turn her head and say don’t take no more orders.
