If i could give it a 0 i would. They can’t keep up with mobile orders AT ALL. Order supposed to be done, and they still telling me to wait 10 more minutes for JUST SOME FRIES. that’s wild asl ngl???????? n they food be burnt.
They never have drinks, the sweet tea always tastes old and like throw up. The wings are always prepared horribly, never fully coated, or look like they were made in 20 seconds. Was never this bad before, no idea what happened.
They literally should close this location it seems to be getting worse. Order online get there I'm waiting for them to finish with the people In front of me. We'll some chick comes in cuts the line and right away gets help, like really extremely rude they don't apologize for skipping us then they forget to give us part of our order. If there was a -5 I would give it a -5
Terrible service, will never come back. Do not recommend this location. Tonight August 22,2024 at 7:30pm placed an order over the phone, when got to restaurant waited as expected the received wrong order. The order wa sent back waiting longer, get our family order of 5 to missing wings. In other words they gave us less than what we paid for. We did not want to wait any longer so we just asked for refund of missing wings. Sad to leave a bad review but staff keeps messing orders up all the time, that now I have to leave a review. Not first time it happened.
Terrible service, we came in and restaurant was dead we placed our order at 8:36pm after 30 minutes all the other orders that came in after us were being served, we asked and first waiting for the fries, waiting again another 5 minutes to now its the tenders, we decided to wait no longer and just get our refund! Don't waist your time going here this is not the first time this happens here at this location!
New answering service, placed a big order ahead of time only to find out they messed up our order. Then had to pay extra since they charge more for traditional wings. Would’ve rather have actually talked to someone.
The wings are always full of oil Greece it seems like they do not use hot sauce or barbecue it's mainly watered down with oil I keep calling and calling and they keep hanging up on me happens every timecxx 12/6/24. Wingstop at it again iv called like 10xs they just hung up that really sucks
Super disappointed in this location used to always be on point went like 3 days ago for a summer family bundle I ordered through phone they said my order would be ready within 16-21 minutes I get there 30 minutes later thinking my order should be done and waiting on me I get there and ask for my order workers were lost and kept looking for my order saying they couldn’t find where i placed my order then ended up finding my order I placed over the phone through the robotic system and looked at one another so when they decide to give me my order 1 hr and a half later the food is super cold they wanted me to wait another 30 minutes mind you like 2 hrs total if if I agreed to waiting another 30 minutes so that way they can fix my order instead I took the order they had for me they gave me wings were mostly spicy and my son couldn’t even eat had to drive somewhere else to get him something to eat ???? do better y’all
