Not really the kind to make reviews but hopefully management sees this and makes serious changes. I’ve only gotten food here 3 times. The first time was when it had just opened up for business. The second time I went, my order got messed up and I didn’t get what I wanted. I was hungry so I didn’t complain but the wait was super long. I don’t know how they messed it up taking that long. I just went there last night after not going for a pretty long time. The service was even worse this time. There was music blaring and someone singing at the top of their lungs in the kitchen. Kinda weird but its whatever. Ordered my food and waited for it. It didn’t take as long as last time but I was missing my fries. I knew to check my food before leaving off of past experience. Somehow the workers are just messing up orders left and right. I saw it with my own eyes waiting for my food. Maybe they’re teenagers that don’t care. There absolutely needs to be a manager there during all shifts cause those boys don’t know what they are doing and don’t care. I’m probably not the first person to say this. They need to hire some new people. I smoke myself and I know some of those workers are probably at work high out of their minds. It just doesn’t make sense to mess up that many orders in a row if you’re sober. Those workers are giving that place a bad name.
Very odd experience in this restaurant. We waited for 25 minutes for our food - they were not understaffed and they certainly were not busy. Some of the employees had a speaker in the back, blaring music and loudly singing. At one point I was convinced they were having a karaoke party back there. Then, one of the employees took some of the cooking utensils and began banging on things as if he a drummer. As I was leaving, he was in the seating area continuing to bang on tables. All around, it was not a desirable experience and I won’t be back. Management needs to get a grip on the place.
Had to wait over half an hour for the food. Overpriced for the corn and they forgot to put it in the bag. Plus the fries were soggy and the chicken didn't taste like real chicken at all. Wont be coming here again.
Great food got just what we ordered. Happy with everything.
Restrooms are filthy no ice for the soda machine staff was dry and somewhat rude not a cool atmosphere what so ever and my standards ain't even high but come on for the prices wingstop do better please!!!!
First time to try WingStop. They got my order wrong, and only got half of the order, then most of it was the wrong wings, I called and they said they would correct it and ready in 15 minutes. Went back and had the manager ask me multiple questions about what I ordered and what I got. He finally agreed to complete the order I paid for. Which was the right wings but still missed the fries but offered a brownie. What a mess. Never again and totally would not recommend based on the service. Only bright spot was that the food was good. It compounded the issue because we had family visiting so I spent more time driving to get the food and standing in the front lobby than seeing the family. Terrible experience!
While these places usually take forever, the staff here is super efficient at getting your food done and out to you.
You never know what your going to get because my order has been wrong everytime ive been there. In the past I ordered with a friend. We ordered at the same time and their was a 45 min difference between when his order came out and mine. The only consistent thing about this place is the service is terrible every time. It takes 30+ mins to get a 10pc combo with nobody in the store. The staff seems more interested in socializing and haveing fun than provideing quality service.
