The boneless wings were a inch big (mostly just crust), almost all the celery had bad spots, the blue cheese had more chunks than usual and tasted weird
Upon walking into this Wingstop, we were met with Myra at the cashier who was rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude. She rolled her eyes at my boyfriend after he changed his mind and slammed his cup down on the counter. We were told it would take a 25-30 minutes for our order, and after 33 minutes of watching people who got there after us get their food first, we went to see why, and where told then that our food had just barely been started. At that point, my boyfriend and I were the only ones in the restaurant and we still waited another 30 minutes for our food. The whole time we were there by ourselves waiting, not one employee asked us what they could do or even checked up on the status of our order. Another thing, we could actually hear one of the employees talking badly about customers… it takes no effort to be nice or have common decency. When we finally received our food an hour later, no one had the decency to apologize for THEIR mistake. I’m not even sure how our order wasn’t started until we spoke up. This Wingstop is ridiculous.
Took an hour to get my food. The only one working was the older lady preparing food. The cashier and guys that were supposed to be cooking look high as a kite and were just standing on their phones. The service was bad and every time I asked how much longer for my order the cashier would get frustrated. The food was fresh though
I don't understand how a food establishment can be so mismanaged. Seems like every evening they run out of soft drinks, ice, cups, drink carriers or other various items. The tables are rarely cleaned all while staff is standing around gossiping.

Updating review to 3 stars.. We recently visited this location and the fries were dark and tasted old. Did not look fresh at all… We showed up 45 minutes after our scheduled pick up time, and the food still was not ready. We waited another 15 minutes for our food to be ready.
This is definitely the Worst Wingstop I've ever been to called in an order ahead of time got there 10min past the wait time they gave me and still waited there another 30 minutes not only the wait I was ignored after asking politely to check into my order... would not recommend to anyone avoid if possible
I've been here a few times. Each time I come it gets worse and worse. Food is ok, service is always bad. Today I ordered for carryout and there was an hour wait. There is always a ridiculous wait time even if the restaurant is empty. Like if there is not enough staff. I came a bit early and was willing to wait the remaining 20 minutes in the store. I wanted to get a beer and I was unable to purchase one because the service girl is under age and can't sell alcohol, and when I asked for someone else (manager) she said there isn't one at the moment. I asked for a soda beverage and was given a can soda at the price of a medium beverage. I understand the cashier is following orders can do so much. There needs to be some order in this location.
I don't ever complain but this visit has to be by far the worse visit at a wingstop...ever. We have an hr for lunch (nobody's fault). We ordered approx 20 wings total...after taking our order they took a big order from people who came after and decided that was more important than ours. Then I'm watching the kitchen and there's zero "giddy up", they're yapping on about an irate customer and now I can understand why! Still not saying anything we got our food to go since we couldn't be late back for work either only to find the wings were raw ???? Not only was it an inconvenience but they couldn't do any refunds or remake an order WITHOUT having our raw wings ???? like we need to lie about you serving raw chicken! Oh cuz they do inventory. Do you save the raw chicken? So now I'm just over it. Won't ever be back! That's all.
