I’m a big fan of Wingstop lately it hasn’t been on point. For some reason the last 3 time I’ve ordered I’ve got soggy fries & look like they been left overnight in dirty oil. I got a whole potato the other time as well. I love Wingstop but 20$ for a 10pc combo is a lot & for it to not come out right just don’t sit right wit me.
Love that chicken wingstoo wingss and fries and this location delivers the brand extremely well. Clean, well maintained, and fast freindly service!!
Horrible!!! Girls that work there have attitudes that show clearly then the place is never clean. They had no ice for the drinks, the napkin situation is ridiculous hella ghetto roll turn there’s the food… no flavor and they really need to change the oil cuz the fries are disgustingly gross. BWW and Loves are soooo much better hands down!!
We went in to buy one simple large ranch, and Danielle told us that if we filled out the survey on the receipt, we could redeem it for a fry with no purchase right then and there. She lied to our faces, because we could not redeem it right then in there without purchase. The service was very slow despite it being empty for once and the ranch was room temp. This place sucks
WHERE IS THE MANAGER AT!? Horrible customer service!!!!! NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES care at this place. Hope corporate can see this review because I love the food at Wing Stop but the employees, the atmosphere is horrible it makes me not want to come ever again. No matter what time of the day I come seems to no one care. I always place my order online says it’s complete and it NEVER it’s complete in time. Always DIRTY! No one cleans here.
We spent a good almost $100 on our family meal. Wings tasted like they had been sitting all day dry as hell, like we ordered wings from a side gas station. We just ended up giving them to our dog.Thier boneless wings were hard. And over cooked, the fries were so soggy, cheese was hard on our fries. The only thing I'd say tasted semi okay was the flavor of the garlic & parmasean, and the tenders were semi okay as well. Worst $100 I've ever spent on an entire meal. Don't recommend the visalia wing stop. We waisted our money & most likely wont get a refund & just know my family & I will never be going there ever again. We had an online order just sat down to eat and live 20 minutes away. So, didn't have the energy to even go back and say something, but I really hope everyone reads all the reviews & comments before you make that stop @ wingstop. So very disappointed. I didn't even want to leave 1 star but you have to in reviews. My husband said the lemon pepper was severely salty and his chicken sandwich was horrible as well. I really hope this restaurant can get their buisness together before they end up getting shut down.
Placed an order online and when I picked my order up I was firing away and got a Calle debt half of my order was missing so I had to return for the rest. When I got home I was missing the veggies and ranch so again I had to waste more gas to return for the third time. Not one did they apologize or anything besides making faces about there mistake. Very unhappy with my experience especially being our second time there definitely won’t be going back while the same workers are there.
I ordered on the app 2 hrs in advance for my lunch and was told we’re running behind so it will be 15 minute wait. I have 2 hours in advance and still couldn’t deliver. Why put a time if y’all can deliver. This will be the last time.
