I asked for two large ranches, something I expected to be like 4 regulars at most. I was charged 10 extra dollars so called back to clarify, was told it's rung up weird but im getting two large ranches. I'm like okay, maybe it's hidden fees. i get there get the receipt and see the weird ringing up, two regular ranches totaling 3.40 something and a large ranch for 4 dollars. That's expensive, so I tried to clarify again, why am I charged for two regulars and a large? they said "i know its rung up weird but don't worry you'll get everything you wanted" finally I went up again bc being charged that much for ranch is weird, finally Athens bothered to clarify under their breath that it's 6 ranches. I was like that's a lot but not unreasonable. I get the bag home and find out they charged me 10 dollars for 12 regular ranches. I got the boneless meal deal, I don't want this much why didn't they clarify sooner?? Why after my repeated questioning did they continue to try to mislead me that its totally a normal amount of ranch. What the hell???? There's two of the photo'd ranch containers
Acceptable food. Unfortunately, this location has a rather discourteous front counter staff. The attitude displayed is very poor and honestly kinda ruins the vibe of the food. I've heard snide remarks for size of orders and rude tones when asking about missing items from our orders which happens kinda frequently. Other reviews share the same experience and they all seem to be about the same individual. I've since stopped going to this location. A few extra minutes of driving are worth it if it means finding a wingstop with a staff that is much more well mannered towards customers.
The cashier was rude. She pulled herself away from her coworker while rolling her eyes, then took my order while mumbling the whole time, but didn't mumble a thank you or anything. As I was paying, she walked away to get the drinks. She walked back and asked if I wanted my receipt, I said sure, and she practically threw it at me. Still, i said "Thank you," and she ignored me, just looked at the next person. She did bring the food to the table but when I said thank you she ignored me again, so I said loudly "thank you!" as she walked away and she slowed down a bit and begrudgingly said "welcome." The chicken was fine, but the fries were burnt. Don't bother asking for fries well done, they'll just give you the trash at the bottom of the basket. I didn't bother complaining about the fries, I didn't wanna risk my new enemy punching me in the face.
My experience today was horrible. They put my 16 wings in one box, all mix up with the sauces, the African American gentleman in the counter was extremely rude when I asked him if I was missing a box his answer was " well, I didn't make the order, you did" I was like.... okay well, there's only one box, and he turned around and left. So I called again because I needed another ranch, we'll he threw that ranch in the counter, the lady in the kitchen brought another ranch with a horrible attitude and threw it in the counter as well.... I had asked for cheese and I was completely ignored. It's absolutely not fair for customer to deal with employees attitude they need to go home if they don't want to be there. Terrible experience. My wings are horrible because of course they threw them in the like they did with the ranch...I am very upset about.
It was my first time to this Wingstop location. I had the six-piece combo which comes with fries and a drink. The two flavors I chose was mango habanero and original hot. I would say these are average chicken wings when it comes to size and flavor. I enjoyed the mango habanero more so than the original hot.
we arrived here at 23:50 (the store closes at 00:00), we asked very frankly if it wasn't convenient for us to come back another day and were perfectly happy to leave. But a female employee here told me it was okay. We ordered food and then received a very unpleasant attitude back. Even after taking our order, she threw the order paper to a colleague and left with an annoyed look on her face, and it didn't stop there, while standing in the corner of the room she cursed about us. What the hell, unfortunately for her one of us understands her native language (she did swear but not in English and probably confidently assumed that none of us understand that language). We came to buy food on time and received an extremely rude and disappointing attitude.
Wingstop has officially disappointed us. After placing our order and picking it up we found that they forgot to include a second large fry that was on our order. So, we drove all the way back to pick them up… only to find that they gave us a small fry instead of what should have been a large fry. Moral if the story — if you order to go don’t trust that they can do their job. Double check your order.
The guy at the front desk is too rude. The one whi has a big “gold” chain. Lousy attitude for just asking if they have my order ready or should I wait. In only 5 minutes he argued with two different customers.
