Wingstop has definitely shown drastic improvements in the recent months. Foods always hot and fresh, my order is always correct , and sometimes there's even a couple extra wings in there. This last time, they Included a brownie in my order which really topped off the whole meal. Definitely will be buying more of those. The new staff really seems to care about their customers and making things right when there's a mistake .
Food kind of took a while to come out and when it did it looked like this it’s supposed to be Garlic Parmesan. I’m mad when I opened it and got home. Do better and be generous when making the food. You’re getting paid.
Food is delicious!! Even on their busiest nights they make sure your food gets to you quickly as possible and still hot and fresh. I can say some of the best experience I've had with a wing stop. It's been a long time since I've had it but it's amazing!! Keep up the good work????????
Inedible. Customer service was awful. Customers in front of us were ignored while staff was high and goofing off in the back. Male staff member seemed incompetent at the front and had no idea what was going on at any point in time. Same male staff member kept goofing off during peak hours and got in other employees way. Order wasn’t complete or ready when it was requested to be ready. This order was placed 5 hours ahead of time and wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after the pickup time.
We ordered a chicken sandwich, traditional wings that were Parmesan and Louisiana dry rub, and we ordered a kids chicken tenders that were Parmesan garlic flavor. The service was not super fast, but it was efficient. The cashier/server was moderately friendly. The location had a sticky floor, but the bathrooms were clean. Our meal Arrived hot and fresh. I specifically enjoy the Wingstop fries. We thought it was a pretty good place.
Mild wings were super tiny , only got cheese in the middle of my cheese fries, ordered a Diet Coke and got a tea. Got there early before it was supposed to be done and food was somehow still cold. Girl in the front was too busy stuffing her face to pay attention.
Sorry I don't get the hype around this restaurant. There are so many other better wing shops here in the city. Wings are small, some sauces are bland. Service is slow. Won't be back. I did enjoy their fries though
Food was really bad. Fries were soggy and cold, and my wings tasted really bad. They were also really small and barely had any sauce on them
