I wish I could put a 0 for customer service. Most of the employees seem like they don’t want to be there. They are clearly understaffed/don’t have enough space or organization to adequately manage the volume of orders that they are getting. As I’ve worked in customer service before at multiple different places in different states I understand better than most that rushes happens at restaurants. However to be sitting in the store for an hour before I was served cold fries that had been sitting on the shelf for twenty minutes due to the lack of attention from the cashier was unacceptable. And to go even further when I ask how this can be fixed or if I can be refunded I was immediately met with attitude. I did not pick this job for you! If you don’t want it don’t work there. Ultimately something should be done about the staffing and the customer service training. I hope this store gets the help they so clearly need! Until then definitely take your money elsewhere.
You can tell this place was struggling these past few months, but it seems like they have hired a few good people. My order came out on time and it was hot and fresh. The cashier you can tell was new but still gave excellent service.
Tonight i placed our order to go but the kids got hungry so we decided to eat inside the store.
I ordered a sweet bbq boneless wings for them. However they wouldn’t eat them saying it was spicy. I had asked the guy manager in charge today if he can swap it out for something not spicy for them he said no because they had already made them for me. We did not touch the wings they were all there they just tasted the sauce and it was too spicy. I had never heard of such policy. I do not think that is the store policy on something like this. At that point it wasn’t even about the money i just felt as if he was not being fair. It was awkward. The food was okay. They do not have trash inside to dispose food after. Bathrooms are outside. I do not recommend this location.
You can do way better choosing elsewhere to eat.
This was my first time eating at this location. I had classic medium wings, chicken tenders, and fries. The fries were not as seasoned as I am used to from Wing Stop in Georgia, the tenders were good and crunchy, the wings were very dry and were more like fried chicken then hot wings. After sitting down to eat, realized they have no restroom for the dine-in customers. Lastly and almost as disturbing as the no public restrooms is they don’t have any trash cans inside, and you have to dump your trash outside in the too small inadequate trash cans pictures below. Will not visit again!
The host male with pink hair needs to stop scratching his head and rubbing his face. I only stayed cause today was my sons bday and he wanted to try wingstop. He did not help on how to order or anything. This was our first time. We told him this was our first time. The food took a while but i understand. Our chicken with sauces barely had enough sauce. The chicken was so dry. French fries had so much salt i asked for them to be redipped and not salted. When the new ones came out it was still so salty we did not eat any of them. We bought 4 classic wing sets and paid 90$$ but ended up throwing away majority of it. Not to mention theres so trash cans to put ur trash. We ended up throwing away our trash outside in the shopping center trash. We will never return to wild wings. We will continue to go to buffalo wild wings. This was a very disappointing night. I am doing this survey sitting in zippys eating dinner.
I came in at 4:11 pm and ordered 4 chicken sandwiches as combos, one upgraded to voodoo fries. After 30 mins went by I asked where our order was and was told 5 more minutes. I noticed another walk in order finished before us left without the workers verifying his receipt which looked like our order. When the order was ready, looked in the bag just to find it was a completely different order. They said they would remake the order, which was ok, but just to wait another 20 minutes. After now waiting for about an hour our fresh order was ready, look inside the bag, still missing one sandwich which was on the receipt. To top it off no ice for the drinks, even after asking if they had any. With all these issues, I would assume a discount or to be compensated.
Not coming back, I hope your visit is better because the food is actually really good and fresh, that's the only reason why it's not getting a one star.
I wish i can put 0 stars. This is probably the worst wingstop i have ever been. It seems like no one here wants that job. I order some wings and i was waiting like way pass 20 mn. The guy that got there 10 mn after me got his food and i asked is it ready she told me it is second ticket and it has not even been prepared yet ! At first i thought it is because i was black thats why they first the white guy first . Anyway i ended up getting a refund. You guys need to review this entire place and actually get people who wants to work at Wingstop not just two people working and the rest of the staff walking around like they got nothing to do.
I always like to order the Boneless Hickory Smoked BBQ wings and Seasoned Fries here. Chicken is Smoky and sweet, drenched with lots of sauce. Fries are slightly crispy with good amount of wing stop house seasoning. Miss their buns.
