I took my kids out to have some dinner and we were all so disappointed. I don’t have extra money very often to go out to eat, so we were all pretty excited. Nearly $50 down the drain. The cashier was so soft spoken I could barely hear anything she said, but she was friendly. The food was just terrible. The wings were SO salty, and barely warm. The fries were WAY over seasoned and soggy/over cooked. What a waste of money..
I placed my order at 8:28 and online ordering stated it would be a 23-28 minute wait. I did not receive my order until 9:08. When I walked inside, I was asked my name and did I pay for my order already. I said yes. The woman at the front walked away to the kitchen. When she came back she never gave an update on my order. She looked over me and said next customer. After waiting for sometime I went back to check on my order again and it was still not ready. When orders were being called employees could barely be heard due to not speaking loud enough and very loud music being played in the kitchen. Employees appeared to be rude and uninterested in being at work. When i finally got my order and made it home there were feathers on my wings. Lots of them. I paid a lot of money for my food. That is disgusting. This location use to be one of the best. The quality is trash now. I have been attending this Red Oak Tx location for 4 years and I wish it could be how it use to be.
For years this place has been a joke. Never have orders on time. Very unprofessional staff. Unfortunately the is is the only location in the area. If you own this and you’re reading this you need to do a better job with the people you are hiring. They are untrained and irresponsible. This place is so bad I will be contacting corporate. Someone needs to be held accountable
Went over to this location to order since the online ordering was not working (system down or something to that nature). When I walked in there were others waiting for their orders. The young lady behind the counter greeted me and took my order. Her customer service was on point so that was a BIG plus for me. I give them 4 stars for service and the atmosphere, but the quality of the chicken wings was horrible. I must have plucked close to 30 feathers from the food prior to us even eating it. Then when I did plate it, I still had to pluck feathers from the chicken wings. I was too disgusted to eat it or drive back to there location. Hopefully the restaurant can do a better job of cleaning the chicken and if it is (which I’m almost 99% sure) brought in from a supplier, they should make certain their supplier has thoroughly de-feathered the chicken. Also, they could have at least drained the wings a little longer because they were sitting in a lot of grease in the container. And I had to cook the Hawaiian wings a little bit longer because they were not thoroughly cooked. And parking is really hard at this location due to several restaurants/ businesses in the area. Needless to say that I won’t be going back for their wings anytime soon.
“I had an awesome experience at Wingstop! The wings were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I tried a few flavors, and the Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub were my favorites. The fries were seasoned just right, and the dipping sauces added a great touch. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was fast even though they were busy. Definitely my go-to spot for wings from now on!”
Neglected to order. Its 5:30 pm on 12/2. The kitchen staff is mostly comprised of black youth blasting profane rap music. I had my child there and it got so bad I had to leave. The older black lady or hispanic lady is seemed to be the manager but didn't even correct the loud music or encourage a better environment. It's terrible decorum and I am disappointed in how "we" choose to conduct ourselves in places of business. I went next door to the pizza place instead. Quiet, professional, and courteous.
? So what would be the point in foresight placing your order for a certain time pick up and that time still being surpassed….. no rhythm to the madness at all. To top it all off the worker comes out and transfers unsweetened tea into the sweet tea container pouring cup by cup lord
When I walked into the store it was clean. I was greeted as I walked in the cashiers up at the front were kind and I felt wanted here. They said about 18-20mins and they kept their word. Also the employee Rakiya was kind and had a smile on her face.
