I won't ever be returning to this location. The food was excellent. Restaurant is clean. But the person taking orders was so rude and abrupt towards me for literally no reason that I got tripped up and almost walked out in the middle of ordering. I was in line behind a family. After they ordered I walked up to the register. The worker was just standing there looking at me not saying a word. So after a few awkward moments, I said, "hi can I please get...."
She interrupts and says "NAME?“ like how dare I annoy her with my order.
It was bizarre and off putting. And her mannerism continued throughout the order. Hands me the receipt after I pay and doesn't say anything. I say thank you and she doesn't say anything. Only thing other than "name" that she said during the entire interaction was my total.
I get that people have bad days but if that's the case here, don't take it out on me. And don't work in customer service if you can't handle it.
Really weird. Really rude. Really bad for your business.
Restaurant was full of smoke and lately the chairs are are up on the table every time I go in to pick up food. The staff have never been friendly i literally cringe when I relieve an order from there. everyone is so rude all the time. People never forget how you make them feel and first impression is everything
I did an online order 30 minutes before I headed to wingstop on 165 / old sterlington rd. Monroe, la.71201. I arrived wings were not ready, I had to wait 15 extra minutes. Finally got the wings and was headed home which was 25 minutes away. I ordered a 10 piece wing combo, half lemon pepper and garlic parm. I only got 7 wings and they were over cooked. They tasted old and like garbage not to mention my fries were cold.
Wingstop is always good. The ranch is THE BEST. They have one of those drink machines you can get all kinds of flavors and options
This is a terrible ridiculous place to get service. They tell you what you have to order and not what you want. The supervisor, manager, and staff is so ridiculous. I should be able to order WHT I want and at 7pm in evening, they accept cards no cash. What is this crap
I called to order my food. They answered and ask me to hold please no problem! I am a GM at a local business so I completely understand that. After 14 mins of being on hold, I hung up. I called back and told the lady I was on hold for 14mins. She said yeah well we are F’n busy and hung up the phone! I couldn’t believe it! Whoever’s in charge of that store needs to know this! That is not ok in the customer service industry! I wish I knew who to contact.
I ordered a 20pc boneless deal with fries for delivery and only received half the order. I called Wingstop and was placed on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up. The food is good, but the staff is awful.
After waiting in like 15 and still no one took my orders i notice something! I couldn’t eat there after seeing this I walked out! If you ate there im sorry for you!
