I BELIEVE THERE IS A NEW MANAGER HERE... I made the mistake of reading the Google reviews before i went. it had been a while since i was at a WS and wanted to see what people were saying. the reviews were HORRID! but my wife and i had already planned this dinner, so i went any. i arrived and there were 2 customers waiting and 3 people working. i placed my order and waited... after about 20 minutes my order came up, which was much sooner than i anticipated (due in part to the reviews i mentioned earlier). i checked the order (again, because of the reviews) and everything was there and correct. i asked for the manager and thanked him for proving the reviews wrong. he told me that he'd only been there a couple of months but he was working on it. my order was served in a reasonable time, the order was accurate, and the staff was pleasant and friendly (unlike the reviews had stated). this experience was great.
The service is terrible. The employees are currently back there laughing eating cupcakes, not concerned about the ringing phone or people waiting up front for orders. The food was supposed to be ready by 815 but had to wait an additional 20 minutes before it finally came out. The manager is nice, however the employees just don’t care.
I arrived at 11:15 on a Tuesday. Doors were still locked. The store was very dirty. Trash on multiple tables. Ketchup all over self serving area. Floors were so sticky and had not been cleaned. Order took 25 minutes to receive.
The entire staff is incompetent. Kitchen throws bags on a stainless steel shelf just out of reach of customers. Does not call out names. I was the 3rd person in of 16 people and not one of us had food. Turns out my food was on the shelf the entire time. Put ice in your fryers, it cleans em nice. Keep the change, we'll never be back. Couldn't pay me for it. Mediocre wings and about the worst fries you'd ever try. Avoid.

Placed my online order at 10am before they even opened for a 6:45pm pick-up. Just to sit in store until 7:15 for my order. Plus, now they're out of the corn that I ordered this morning. How is that even possible that they have had all day to know about my order and what time it was supposed to be done!
Came in with my basketball team to order wings. The staff was extremely nice, and allowed us to eat there (even though we had a big group). Would take my team again.
I’m not one to leave reviews honestly ever, but the service here is so poor that I felt the need to while I’m still currently waiting nearly 30 minutes for 2 orders of 10pc wings. We walked in being the only customers in the store and place an order to go. I witnessed the staff in the back handling the food without gloves and people playing on their phones and worrying about what songs were playing in the store instead of helping the guy on the line sauce the wings (which would would have decreased the wait time). After about 25 minutes of waiting, we finally asked how much longer it was going to be to which the girl looked up from her phone to check in the back and laughed as she told us they were packing them up and that it’d be out shortly. This took another 5 minutes or so before finally getting our small order for a total of little over a 30 minute wait time. The fact that the entire store was empty at lunch hour should have been my first clue that there was something wrong with the place. Definitely will never be coming back again I’m sure this location won’t last too much longer here if the service does not improve.
Bone out wings are more like chicken nuggets. We ordered the meal for 2 with Garlic Parmesan and the Hawaiian they were skimpy on the sauce. If you like your fries heavily salted you will like it. The cashier was very helpful and nice.
