Came here for the first time. The parking lot is massive since it's located in a strip mall. I ordered ahead thinking it would make it quicker. When I arrived there was only one person working the front and I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to pick up my food. The food though was delicious, the sauces taste amazing but the best part was the ranch. The fries are also flavorful but a little spicy. I will be back for sure.
What sets this place apart from others is the family-oriented atmosphere.
The employees are very cordial and smiles are seen throughout the personnel staff.
The food is always fresh and amazing.
It does seem to get busy at times but what I can say is the quality of food and the atmosphere is what makes the place busy, what I can gather is that everyone loves to eat here.
I recommend eating at this place.
Personally, I am always helped here. Pretty knit crew they got. Managers always help their crew. Shout out to Jessica for always taking care of my crew and I.
I order wings from here every so manys months and I just want to say I am proud and amazed of the staff tonight. They ended up shorthanded and they were busy, they still greeted us and took our order and were nice. The night crew that was here at 840pm on Friday October 25th , despite the big amounts of orders they had didn't give up and were not rude. I also work in customer service and I am just so proud of them I truly hope they get treated well!
Worst experience I’ve ever experienced, hands down! The staff were unprofessional, and rude to customers. I placed an order at 5:58pm and didn’t get my food until 6:52pm. Once I received my food I inspected it to make sure it was right, after further looking at the food I Had PURCHASED with my MONEY I noticed that my order was messed up. I told the lady at the counter and she went to the manager Jaden and had a quick chat with him only to come back and tell me it would be awhile to remake my food. That’s where this went downhill fast! Between 6:52pm and 7:18pm when my order was finally corrected I had asked the front counter lady how long it would be and she straight up told me well since we had to remake your order that puts everyone else ahead of you. Like I’m sorry I know other people have ordered and payed for food but so did I!! Much earlier at that! You would think there would be a sense of urgency to fix my order real fast but not according to the staff at that Wingstop. To make matters worse the other food I had ordered for my girlfriend was sitting there ice cold because that was the only part besides the fries that was made right. Jaden the manager on shift as well as the others were all seen by not just me but other patrons laughing and giggling in the back while paying customers are unhappy because of wait times as well as orders made wrong. Hopefully the store manager will take action and change things.
Ordered wings, Louisiana voodoo fries and carrot sticks from door dash. Food was very fresh and tasted delicious.
They delivered all times and didn't mess anything up which is a plus. Food arrived fast. Prices are a little steep but that seems very common now days from everywhere.
Great wings and fries, cashier was kind of grumpy or something, didn't smile or offer any ideas on the menu, seem like she hated her job. The staff were kind of obnoxious but isn't really of concern. Dress code seems really laid back, especially the worker with his pants sagging and under wear all out.
We ordered a large order and got home with it and the tenders are so burnt and nasty we couldn’t even eat them. I contacted the manager for them to remake the food for us and she informed me that they came in freezer burnt and nasty and there was nothing she could do about it. If she remade it they would turn out the same. I asked her why would they serve freezer burnt nasty food and she informed me that nobody else complains about it. She was VERY rude, wouldn’t even let me talk and then hung up. We normally get great food and excellent customer service. It’s sad that they treat their customers like this when we spend a good amount of money there.
