I dont know what's up with the other reviews. I put my pick up order in right after they opened and it was done in like 20 mins. Food was great, I got everything I ordered because the employee checked my bag before I left. They were kind and welcoming. Overall, great experience and I will be coming back.
Waited 45 minutes for food, when they gave us out to go order, we opened the bag and the fries were in a basket, not a to go box and all the wings were cold. Employees and management at this location need replaced or a refresher class on appropriate workplace conduct and speech. Another customer came in while we were waiting because they got his order wrong 3 times and a woman with bandaids all over her face and long nails with no gloves on came from the back and said , what’s up?, when we finally got our food we complained to the manager that we just spent $50 foot cold food, he said sorry…
I hate doing this review but as I could not get through the auto assistant on the phone to speak to the manager of this location or find contact information for the general managers I'll do it here. I am a doordash driver and have been to this location many times with no issue. However tonight I had two orders from here, both were well over ten minutes late for pick up time. The second almost twenty minutes. Now the store was busy, however the first order when it did come up I could not get the young lady's attention who was suppose to be on the front counter handing the orders out. I took the bag which got her attention and she stopped me because she needed the receipt off the bag, okay fine. The second order I went in for, twenty minutes lat, was put on the rack, I leaned in to look at the receipt as the order called for a drink and I needed to know what it was since dashers have to fill the drinks there. She rudely told me I can't do that. When I explained I was just checking for the drink, she very rudely told she would tell me. She tells me three times what the drink is after I already affirmed that I heard her. She was very rude and not a good example for that store. Had she been paying attention and doing her job to keep up with the business of the store I would not have had to felt the need to check for what the drink was or take the bag myself on the first order. Again, this is the first time I have had any negative experience with this store, but due to lack of being able to speak to a manager I felt the need to put this out there in hopes there may be some sort of corrective action for the behavior of a rude and distracted employee.
Got cold fries with the seasoning dumped in the middle and they gave me the wrong wings tried calling them only to be put on hold for 20 minutes until I gave up poor management and employee attitude
Came in there last week to pick up my order. The girl working up front named Cece is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and my order was perfect! Impeccable customer service and food was hot, fresh and amazing! Very happy customer!
The food I order from this location is always good, never had anything missing from my order. However, if you order through doordash don’t be surprised if your food ends up stolen or tampered with even if you tip well. Some people are crazy. ????????
Very busy. Very long wait. 40 + minutes.
Overheard” why they all staring back here, ain’t nothing back here” a bit immature and very rude. After I heard that, I looked back & what I seen was a mess she should have been more focused on.or making sure I received the correct order. As it was wrong.
What a shame.
The wait time to pick up orders was astronomical. 20+ people in the lobby waiting for their orders. I had 3 Uber Eat orders and they couldnt even get them out together. I get that they are busy on a Friday night but some employees seem to be running around not knowing what they are doing, arguing not do do fries,
and staanding up front because that was their position. Another employee had his pants sagging down below his bottom and when he bent over to get items from the freezer you could see his boxers in their entirety. I used the women's restroom and someone had used drugs in there. A syringe in the trash and a plastic baggie tied in a knot in the toilet. SMH improvement is needed drastically. It was a disaster!
