Best WLM Reviews
The guy taking the order was very rude. my son had asked him if my order was ready and he started screaming at him,he said that we had ordered well done and that will take longer, and he was just screaming at us. The food was great but the service bad.
I ordered 3 combos which made a total of $43. I told an employee/employees the drinks in soda machine were out of flavor & was not dispensing properly. I asked if I could get a drink from the cooler in substitute for the 3 I paid for with the manager standing there when I asked. I wasn’t able to get not one drink in replace of the 3 sodas I paid for with the combos. That was poor customer service. the manager could have been more accommodating & at least offered one drink when I paid for 3.! Accommodate the customer especially when we come in spend our hard earned money with the company. I see why this location has 3 stars. Smh
The minute I walked in I was greeted by Des. Her Drew and Anthony were all kind. They made my food with care and kept me updated while I waited. It was a very pleasant experience.
Im revising this review, tried again today and the service was faster and the fries were Hot and the wings were ok, kinda small, but the Mango Habanero sauce is crazy good. I'll bump them to 3 stars for correcting the service issues.
Last review ????
Horrible service! Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the girl talked on the phone,, no other customers in the restaurant at 5pm on a Sunday, what does that tell you. So after 10 minutes she took my order and then couldn't figure out how to ring it up,, 15 minutes later I still didn't have my food, again, no one else here, I just left. Don't Ever come here.
.after i placed my order i stayed at the counter and watched, it took another 7 minutes for them to drop my wings into the fryers????????????.
Again, Good Wings, horrible service
The food was so good. The guys serving me were so nice greeted me and my grandma coming in. I order on my phone and they still taked to me and it was a great experience. Food was hot and delicious ????
Whoever you have running cashier must be incompetent we had to repeat our self's alot we told her no meal more than once and still rung us up for combos. Also wanted the wing deal and didn't even ring us up for those my husband was so pissed that he didn't want to say anything because he would have cursed her out.
Food was terrible and cold even though it's supposed to be cooked to order. Grease running around the food with no favoring to be found should have been mild but it looked like it but not taste like it. The recooked fries was also bad. Almost $15 you expect good food. They really missed the mark I won't spend my hard early dollars again at this location .
the cashier was pissy to me and ignorant. The food was good it pretty much saved this review. The floors were incredibly slippery. The food took about 30 minutes. The fries were SO salty it was like eating the sahara desert Last but not least the lemonade was incredibly waterd down at this point start using lemons that were found in the trash and use it.
