I love wingstop but The portion size is way too smal for 20+ dollars i ordered wings not chicken nuggets wtf is this stupid sudden change in chicken size servings this is how you lose customers
They were VERY busy. We dined in, and it took 30 min to get our food. It was very fresh when we got it. However, they gave my husband regular fries instead of cheese fries. They use WAAY too much seasoning on the fries. They were really salty. If I didn't have the ranch to dip in to mellow out the salt, it would have been too much for me to eat. And with how long it took to get our order in first place, I wasn't about to ask for them to remake with less salt.
We were not able to fond trash can for our empties. And it seems other people had the same problem as they were leaving bags of trash on tables. No one came out to clean up the dining room.
1st time trying this location. Tried wingstop at other locations twice and it was a disaster. This location got it right. Flavors and portions were spot on. Made me feel like I got my monies worth. Definitely will try this location again.
2nd time going back and I had to wait 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. When I say the staff was slow, I could see one of the preparers yawning as he slowly filled orders. I see why so many people order for delivery. It’s a waste of time going in to order and not worth the wait!
Definitely recommend. Came on a Tuesday at 1, not busy at all. Got the .70 wings, 10 of them. Ordered mild sauce, with ranch. Wings were perfectly flavored, big portion for the $8. Took about 10-15 minutes to get my food. No complaints.
July the 6 I ordered 15 pieces wings lemon pepper. The next day I got food poisoning. That was all I ate that day and I'm pregnant I happy I didn't lose my baby I giggled and that can happen. It can make u have miscarriage if you get food poisoning. They don't wear gloves or hair nets one young lady barely had all her hair and a ponytail I didn't even see them wash their hands before they open up the bag of wings the managers walking around hair freely no hair net you should be wearing hair nets and gloves wasn't thinking when I was there I'm pregnant I'm hungry but now I know if I ever go to a restaurant or fast food place they're not wearing gloves and hair nets it's time to get out and went to the hospital I'm happy we're good if we wasn't good things wouldn't be good for them
The food is good but the service is horrible. The host Candice was very rude when I tried to spell my name correctly for her and just walked off on me. The manager Jhannely came as her replacement and refused to provide either of their names to make a formal complaint regarding service. I was only able to get the name through my receipt and another customers receipt. As I waited on my food I began to feel very uncomfortable as they began to huddle and chat and look my way. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t recommend this location due to treatment. I will be contacting corporate.
This place really needs to step it up.. I live right behind them 0.2 miles away and yet I drive to gosford every time to get food from there store instead.. wings are constantly over cooked and they hardily ever answer the phone for me.. seems like they close early every night even though there clearly supposed to be open according to there store hours.. sick of there mediocre service.. serve the people what there paying for or shut the store down!
Worst location. Now you can't order pickup. They discourage you when you call and say you have to wait 30 minutes and they won't start making it til you go there in person and pay. So expect you to wait around for an hr for your meal.
