We ordered online, and hadn't had wingstop for over 10 years. We got the $22 meal deal to feed our family which comes with 16 boneless wings, 8 tenders and a family size side, which we chose cheese fries. The chicken tenders were great, the boneless wings were good too, just thinner and less chicken than I remember, like 1½ inch pucks. Everything was so greasy and salty. My complaint is the fries. We ordered the cheese fries and the fries were dark brown and soggy. They were full of oil and had no flavor besides burned oil, even with the cheese. The dark oil flavor overpowered every other flavor, and I cant help but feel like they were full of carcinogens from how burned the oil was. When I ordered the fries online, the color was golden brown in the pictures. I can only imagine that their oil was extemely dirty. Adding pic of fries... Just disappointed and wish I had spent my hard earned money elsewhere.
I love Wingstop. I love that when I call to place an order they ask me if I want the same thing I got last time. I love that they have boneless options when I just don’t feel like working for my food. I love that my kids all love it. I love their French fries. But my favorite thing is that they have a Freestyle machine. Today I stopped in for soda and “accidentally” also got wings. =)
I don’t know why we pay so much money for these wings and soggy French fries but we do. 2 meals is over $40. My son loves this place so we just keep coming back. We always get the same thing pretty much, the 10 pc bone in classic.
Wings and tenders were great and the blue cheese is flavorful and creamy, their soda machine is top-notch with a variety of flavors.
The interior is like any other Wingstop but on the small side with just a few tables. The bathroom was clean and sanitized.
The young man who took our order was kind and informative and extremely helpful when I lost my debit card, we eventually found it. Customer service is big for me and they definitely displayed great customer service.
I’ve been ordering the same thing every Tuesday for over a year and never had a problem. Today they shorted us our ranch I went and asked about it. I was told I’d have to pay for ranch. I asked to talk to the manager about it and he would not come out and talk to me. Every table in the restaurant was dirty . What a terrible experience.
Worst food that I ate in my life. All food is made in old hot oil, wings are made from old meat, sauces don’t have any taste.
I ordered 30 classic wings. Wings tasted burnt and were very dry. ranch tasted like it was mostly mayonnaise, Korean sauce tasted burnt, garlic parm tasted funny. Buffalo sauce was fine other than Wings being a bit dry. Fries were good. I didn't enjoy this meal as I was hoping to.
This place use to offer free drinks to doordash drivers and got there panties in a twist and won't do it anymore pretty sad they make so much money and they won't do it anymore
